Covered terrace and beach at Fjellerup

The vacation home at Fjellerup Strand is located in the second row from the water—quiet and secluded, yet with the long, shallow sandy beach within walking distance. The large covered terrace, complete with lounge furniture and a hammock, is the home’s greatest asset: outdoor living regardless of the weather, with trees and shrubs in front providing shelter and tranquility.



The living room centers around the wood-burning stove and a comfortable leather sofa set, and large windows and skylights draw in the daylight. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and coffee maker. The house has three bedrooms for six guests, and for the little ones, there are bed rails, a high chair, and beach toys ready to go.



The property features a lawn and plenty of space to play, and an outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach. In the shed, you’ll find a washer and dryer—handy for longer stays. If you drive an electric car, there’s an 11 kW Zaptec charging station on the property, billed by usage via the Monta app.



Fjellerup Waffle Bakery by the beach has been named Denmark’s best ice cream shop—the portions are enormous. Bønnerup Harbor is a short drive away, offering fresh fish from the blue fishing boats and homemade fish cakes at the fish shop. Meilgård Forest is perfect for walking and biking, and in the area you can also play tennis, golf, and mini-golf.
