The Space:
Tiny Ironbark by Tiny Away is situated peacefully on Tallowood Hill Farm, just a quick 5-minute drive from the serene town of Glenreagh, NSW. Our tiny house provides an intimate setting amidst nature, with Tallawudjah Creek right outside your doorstep.

Start by exploring the coastal gems like Woolgoolga, Corindi Beach, and Emerald Beach, which offer great swimming and surfing opportunities. From there, you can easily make your way to the vibrant coastal city of Coffs Harbour, which is also within easy reach.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There are four tiny houses on the property, about 30 metres apart. For group bookings, contact the host 24 hours in advance.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home, including the creek line and walking tracks, except for the original homestead, workshops, paddocks, and fields with livestock.

ADVISORY

- Pets and livestock are on-site, which may cause occasional noise.
- Please shut the gates before entering and leaving the paddocks
- Do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission.
- Keep a safe distance from pets and farm animals as they are easily agitated.
- Please keep an eye on children inside as we have electric fences on the property.
- We are on the grounds of an Equestrian Centre, and horses have the right of way at all times.
- Each tiny home has a fire pit, with a small supply of firewood, kindling, matches, and firelighters provided.

Preorders are available with 24 hrs prior notice:

- Yoga mat & towel provided to use free of charge.
- Extra firewood can be purchased for $10 per 10 kg bag.
- Continental breakfast boxes and Picnic Hampers are available
- Enjoy a 2-hour picnic experience at our exclusive private location

The Neighborhood:
Tiny Tallowood by Tiny Away is nestled in the peaceful village of Glenreagh, NSW, offering a charming mix of local character and natural beauty. Nearby attractions include rivers, forests, sandstone ranges, and nature reserves.

Explore Emerald Beach for swimming and surfing, The Big Banana Fun Park for family activities, and Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve for whale and birdwatching. Enjoy scenic views from Forest Sky Pier in Orara East State Forest.

Relax at Red Rock for fishing, kayaking, and Yuraygir National Park adventures. Taste local flavors at Glenreagh Bakery or the family-friendly Golden Dog Hotel, and stroll through Sherwood Nature Reserve for picnics, birdwatching, and bushwalking.

Getting Around:
By car:

1. Our nearest town is Glenreagh (a village, population 900) 8.2km away with a drive time of 10 - 12 minutes
2. Accessible by 2WD although internal roads on the property are unsealed and patrons may choose to leave their car in the Equestrian Centre Car Park and be transported to the Tiny Cabin Via 4WD.

By public transport

- There is limited public transport available in our area.
- If traveling from Sydney, you can reach Glenreagh within a maximum of 10 hours by train. Alternatively, flying from Sydney (SYD) to Coffs Harbour (CFS) takes a maximum of 2 hours.

From there, we offer a shuttle service from Coffs Harbour Airport to the property or return at $50 one way for a maximum group of 4 people If you wish to explore the area further we suggest you hire a car for your stay with us.

Other Things to Note:
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
- No Mobile Phone Reception or WiFi on the property
- During the rainy season, road conditions in the area may become uneven
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.

Important note:

- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the flushing toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.

A cosy getaway

What a beautiful area, so peaceful. Whilst it teamed with rain we were very cosy. We were able to prepare and enjoy local produce we had bought during the day. The lovely breakfast basket topped off a very relaxing experience. Thanks to Mel & Jack
