"The room was filled with dust. I booked for 2days first day I got ready to go to a funeral. When I returned the room was dirty and they leave the door open. Thank God I brought my important things with me. I think they should tell guesses that they change 2$ per days for their safe even if you don’t use it. I requested a clean room for the next and I asked not to be put by the ice machine or the exit door. They said they would give me a room in the middle to my surprise they put me at the stairwell and the ice machine room 310 on the third floor. I didn’t sleep the ice machine and exit door was busy all night. There were other available rooms on the third floor after having such a bad day grieving and tired I laid there I checked out at 7.am I told the front desk how disappointed I was. I think they should have only charged me for 1night. I will not tell anyone to stay there. "

"Staff was great very quick to check in and out the AC froze me out comfortable bed clean sheets very spacious. "

"Downstairs and upstairs look terrible. It smells smoke,wide etc. I loose my money because of that. There was no way to stay one minute inside."
