My husband and i needed accommodations near Jennings, OK. The bunk house was a nice, quiet space to retreat in the evenings during a weekend of racing. Owner communication was top notch. Thank you!
We were in town for a concert and this was the perfect getaway spot. The host was very helpful when we arrived in town very late. I would recommend it to anyone.

It was a disappointment to not have the hot tub for evening enjoyment. But it was a great stay.

Merely perfect for a stay in the country.
Merely perfect for a stay in the country. I’m a simple man who only requires little to make a happy experience. The exterior was rustic and humble, with plenty of room to run my trained German Shepard. My wife and I enjoyed the sounds of the livestock and all nature around us. The climate control in the Bunkhouse was perfect, with cool nights and hot days, there was no change inside as the temp was always consistent to our liking. The beds were sufficient, not of the same quality at home, but beds are very subjective, and it would be nearly impossible to suit everyone’s preferred mattress. The Bunkhouse was 10 out of 10 for me, some may want a larger TV or a TV in the bedrooms, possibly different living room furnishings. But not for me I was very pleased, I walked into a clean modern style home that accommodates my lifestyle, my wife, and my faithful pup. What more could I have wanted!
This was a great place to stay for the price to see the Okstate game versus the hotels in town. It is located out of town, pretty remote. I suggest a stop at Walmart before heading to the property for food or drinks. Overall was very clean, had everything we needed and the owner was responsive to issues that arose (we were given a code for the keypad that didn’t work). Would definitely stay again at this property.
We had a great Fourth of July staying here! Upon arriving, we had a question, and we called the property owner. We had a return phone call within five minutes and answered our question. We ended up being more at our relative's acreages, but it was a great place to come back to in the evening and recharge for the next day. There is a lot of room to take walks with the dogs early in the morning and it was very quiet at night. Overall we would stay again.
We were in town to look at some rural property, staying at the bunkhouse was excellent preparation for our site visits. The place was clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Dale was a very gracious and responsive host, we had room to walk with our big dog. No traffic, no noise, overall a wonderful stay.
We rented this place for Thanksgiving and Bedlam 2021. Our son goes to OK State and couldn't get enough time off from work to come home to Texas, so we brought Thanksgiving to him. Staying at the place were 4 adults, 2 dogs, and one 14 year old. Our son, his roommate, and one of his friends from home (who rode up with us but stayed with him) came over for Thanksgiving dinner and again for a seafood boil before Bedlam on Saturday. The property will sleep 6. It has 2 queen beds and one bathroom. I am used to a huge kitchen so I had to plan a little to get Thanksgiving dinner for 8 ready but it worked out just fine! The property is very nice, out in the country but it is a short 15 to 17 minute drive into Stillwater. There is a Dollar General for basics about 5 minutes away. For what we needed, it was perfect. The owner was really nice, Dale, and the place was clean and cozy. We will stay again.
Close enough to be convenient to campus and had everything o needed when not in campus. The host was very easy to get in touch with and took care of any needs that arose during my stay.
Location was very well maintained and had all amenities listed. Very close to downtown Stillwater (maybe 10 minutes) and easy to access main roads to go to surrounding places
It was just as described and amazing view. Loved how comfortable and enjoyable. Owner was polite and respectful. Communication was awesome. Will definitely have to make the trip again.
This location was good for us trying to isolate ourselves. My kids love the hot tub on the back deck. The washer and dryer works but may be on their last leg. We could have used a few more cooking pans and utensils but it was not a big deal. We managed with what was there. The beds could use some memory foam pads. Other than that it was a great stay. Loved that it was clean and tidy. It was a great stay for us.
The owner was very nice an accommodating, and fast when we had to email him.
My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice for the Land Run/Mid South. The first time (2019) was amazing. The home was really well kept, clean, and had all the essentials that were listed. This time when we stayed, it unfortunately wasn’t that way. There were dirty sheets piled in one room (the bed was made with clean sheets so I’m guessing the dirties were just forgotten), there was old food and trash inside the refrigerator, and no toilet paper besides the half roll already out for use. The hot tub was also low on water and dirty. We spoke with the property owner and he was very nice, apologized, and informed us he had been out of town and trusts the cleaning to someone else. That person definitely dropped the ball this time.
This house and surrounding area are beautiful. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful. There is a private patio area with the hot tub, a propane grill, and patio set. It has all the essential elements to give you a romantic, private, quiet stay. I’m sure if you choose to book this property you will be happy with it. Small things like trash and forgotten sheets won’t deter us from staying here again.
