"So blessed to have been able to share our favorite place with our friends this last trip. My boyfriend and I came her for the 7th time, and we will continue to come back. We love the tiny red house but was honestly jealous this trip that our friends got to stay in the large tree house, might have to rent that next time we go. The property itself is so well kept, your right on the water which we obviously had to take dip into everyday, and just walk the property taking in all the scenery. Eric, our host is so nice he just added an outdoor shower to the red house, which is amazing to rinse down outside in. Also love the change of having bedding available and not having to take my air mattress along with me. Again we will be back! Hopefully soon!"

"We do not have anything bad to say about this stay which was a great launching point for our first trip to the white mountains. From the cozy bed to the fire pit to the hot tub, we appreciated everything there was to offer which allows us to relax and get good sleep after days exploring on our feet. We arrived later than we hoped and appreciated how lit the property was which allowed us to easily check in. Would absolutely stay again! "
"For VRBO Absolutely wonderful stay! The river is just perfect. It sounds beautiful at night and filled with fireflies! ( in July) I sat in the river to read and had perfect cell service. Super convenient location, close anything you could need. Eric, the host, was lovely. Definitely going back!"
"Lilac cabin beautiful and very clean and nicely built and decorated. The bed was so comfy I never wanted to leave. I loved the Stagg kettle, so quick and easy to use. Having coffee and creamer there was nice as well as salt and pepper and olive oil. Nice cookware. The hot tub was lovely. The breeo fire pit and included accessories A. William was available and answered all my questions, amazing and friendly host. All attraction were within 5-15 minutes away. Very much enjoyed my stay!"
"I am not typically one to leave reviews, but felt this stay was worthy of one. My initial thoughts as we got to are tiny house and got to see it in person was that it was exactly as advertised. These homes are exactly as you see pictured on the website. We were very comfortable and peaceful in our space. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful stay. The hot tub and fire pit were awesome and it was the perfect time of year for both. We made a few meals on the cooktop inside and it worked very well. I was surprised how functional everything was for a small space. We did not use the bed in the loft and there was not much headroom, but the main bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were perfect and we even washed some laundry. The location is great and centralized to many things to do and see. We loved our stay and will be back. "

"My long time friend group had a great stay at Deanna & Eric's home outside of Lincoln. We meet every year for a ski trip with the lot of us and the house was perfectly located to make getting in a full day. There was plenty of space for everyone, including the wonderful fenced-in back yard for our dog and a quiet separate space for the our friends' 5mo old. The whole place was very comfortable and well stocked too. Great stay overall!"
