「The property was as nice as shown! Well supplied cabin, nicely updated, clean and quiet, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was great to listen to the river at night, and super easy to get to Bolton Landing and other nearby towns. 「Great spot. Lake was a short one minute walk down the road. We used the SUPs and they were in great condition. Beach was small, but clean and refreshing and had a small floating dock to jump from. Kids had a great time and enjoyed the beach, volleyball net, playground, and lake at the community beach. Location is great if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful lake George experience away from the village. 」

The house was well stocked (in the kitchen), was very well insulated so it was nice and cool (the weekend was so warm) and the cross breeze on the deck was amazing! 「We had a great stay at the overlook site! Our site was exacty what the owner stated it would be. Swimming hole was so fun and we appreciated that he had fun stuff and floats/life vest for the kids! We were able to explore the area and visit Fort Ticonderoga during our stay and Kieth told us about some other fun things to do with our kids in the area.」
