Beach access is just a .5 mile walk down the road. In this open concept, modern condo you’ll be greeted with light-filled spaces with panoramic views of Lake Michigan. Guests have access to the whole condo during their stay.

At The Homestead, "Americas Fresh Water Resort” enjoy s'mores at the outdoor bar, a pizza at Cavanaugh's or play golf at Sugar Loaf or pickleball in Glen Arbor.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and en suite bathroom with heated floors. Washer and dryer are located here as well for added convenience! The second bedroom has a king bed; and the third bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with twin trundle and ample space and storage.

The modern kitchen is full stocked and opens to a large dining table and living room with fireplace, desk, and smartTV.

Beach access is a short .5 mile walk down the road or hop in your car and explore Sleeping Bear Dunes, downtown Glen Arbor, and all the wineries and restaurants the area has to offer!

Also a winter paradise! Ski and snowshoe right within the Homestead property! The ski season is typically from December to March with lifts operating on the weekends. Snowshoe trails all across northern Michigan or even at the wineries! Downhill ski on site or make a quick trip to Crystal Mountain for the day.

Please note the Homestead Resort Beach Club and Tennis Courts are not available for use. There are public tennis courts in Glen Arbor just minutes down the road. You WILL have access to all of the resort amenities that are open to the public, such as all grounds and beach area, the restaurants, ski hill in the winter, spa, salon, and the shops in the Village.

Please note there is no air conditioning, but condo’s location on the third floor with a view of Lake Michigan provides for an amazing breeze off the water and typically keeps the condo very comfortable when windows and doors are open.

Access to the condo is via ~ 80 exterior steps.
