The staff at these apartments was excellent from start to finish. When we needed to swap to a room with sofa bed that was sorted straight away, with grace a smile. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. It had pretty much everything needed in the kitchen. The shower was fabulously hot and they had good quality (and great smelling) soaps and hair wash products. Parking was easy on the street, so I didn’t have to use the parking but it was safe and easy to use. Overall an excellent experience and one I’d happily repeat.

Great place

They were so kind and accommodating even though we arrived earlier than check in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our stay. They messaged us with places to eat or grocery shop nearby and made communication very easy if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay for younger people

It is a nice place. Very walkable neighborhood. Front door did not fit the doorway so there was light visible all around it. Fortunately the weather was very nice while we were there and the security of the building made me feel at ease about our safety.

Perfect location plenty of local amenities nearby, friendly staff easy check in procedure. Apartment itself was set up lovely pictures advertised are true to what is offered. As a family we all enjoyed our stay especially the children with a tv in the room they was easily in bed watching a movie at the end of the night. Would definitely recommend & stay again.

Lovely clean and comfy apartment by train station

Very comfy, clean, light-filled and thoughtfully stocked apartment which is really conveniently located right next to Pollockshields East train station, just one stop from Glasgow Central. The apartments are also five mins walk from a supermarket (Lidl) and great pubs, cafes and restaurants like Koel Schip Yard and Heraghtys and the Rum Shack and about ten mins to the stunning Queens Park. It's also right across the road from Tramway, an interesting exhibition and studio space with cafe and secret gardens. Amazing area. We stayed for a week and had pretty much everything we needed to live there, including what we needed to cook every day. Although some tonges would have been helpful! Great shower. Beds were super comfy and we slept like the dead. The view we had was of an old church, which was nice but also private. The entry to the building was also secure and the building is kept clean and nice. And the staff were also lovely and efficient and greeted you with a big smile when you saw them, but we also liked the easy check-out where you just popped the keys into the return box. All in all a great and relaxing stay. Thanks, guys.

Clean and spacious apartment with lots of facilities. Home from home, felt like you was fully living in Glasgow for your break. Free roadside parking which we didn't realise until arriving so didn't need to use the secure parking. Great communication from booking to finish. Excellent stay

Nice clean spacious place, big tv , lovely and warm , Lots of towels . Toilet in ensuite had big crack in it so didn’t want to use it !!!!! Could do with a bit more washing up liquid to help keep clean , sweets and tea , coffee and biscuits a nice touch. Plenty of street parking if you have a car, Only major issue was neighbors had a very noisy party on the last night that went on for 8 hours !!!! Not the fault of the apartment owner I know ,

My stay was during a heat wave. The apartment was nice and stay was fine but the there was no way of cooling the place. Windows only opened partially. The property felt like a sauna at times and that lasted through the night. Slept badly as a consequence. Location is also further from Glasgow central than I’d like

Gutes Apartment

Die Apartmentanlage liegt ca. 30 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Umgebung könnte etwas schöner sein, ist aber sicher. Das Apartment an sich ist sehr geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend.

インド系住民やアジア系住民、イスラム教徒の多く住む地域にあります。近くにマスクもあります。 買い物も便利で、市内中心部へもバスで、10分くらいで着く便利奈ところはです。 バスもまた時間なくすぐにきます。 しかし、そのため、部屋が交通量の多い道路に面しており、夜も車の音が相当うるさくて、耳栓が必須です。 Wifiも問題なく、テレビもネットにつながってあるので、YouTubeも見れます。 シャワーも問題ありません。 台所の設備、洗濯機も全く話題ありません。 部屋干し用のラックもアイロンもありました。 外部騒音は、施設としては、どうしようもありませんが、泊まるときは、そのことをわかった上で宿泊してください。

Super clean and great communication

We were late arriving due to bank holiday traffic and the aparthotel staff were great. They asked us to ring 10-15 minutes before ETA and then they met us outside the building. Apartment was amazingly clean. Almost as if we were the first people to stay!

A sheep in wolves clothing !

These are extremely well managed apartments in every way.We booked this 30 minutes before arriving and a phone call to the office resulted in very prompt check in with a polite and helpful member of staff and access to secure parking bay. 2 Bed flat was reached via lift and very clean communal areas. The flat was superb , very clean, modern fittings, lovely beds and linen, super bathroom and shower,toiletries supplied. We were delighted with the quality and highly recommend it. The area around is nothing special hence the title of review. However it felt safe walking to Lidl and restaurants are within walking distance. Value for money excellent. We will be back.Congratulations to the Management and all staff, especially the cleaning staff!
