2 nights here was cheaper than 1 night at a hotel!
Was quite a nice stay, amazing location, right next to St. Enoch shopping centre (which has a Q-Park car park), the Subway station, and the railway stations. Great value for money for our little city break.
This is of course student accommodation, but the room layout is similar to a small hotel.
The only problem with this we encountered was that there were only knives and forks for one person, but there were enough plates, bowls, mugs, etc. for two people. Comfy bed, not full size double, but it fit me and my boyfriend just fine. Sheets and towels were provided.
Some of the information on this website isn't quite right, there is a front desk for checking in, despite Hotels.com stating there wasn't.

Cancelled our booking on the day of arrival
Booked through hotels.com and it give me the options to pay at the property. Got a phone call from the property at 2.30pm on the day we were meant to check in to say they cancelled the booking. Leaving us with a situation that we had nowhere to stay for the next 2 nights. Thankfully Hotels.com helped get us alternative arrangements. Very poor from the property who just kept passing the blame and apparently doing us a favor by giving us a call. This was booked 5 weeks before our trip. If the property never take payment at the property this could have been cancelled long before 2.30pm on the day of arrival giving us time to make alternative arrangements.

This room was not what I was looking for. I was looking for an entire apartment which was stated in the description. It turned out to be Student halls. Small room. Power sockets didn’t work. Heater kept tripping the fuse out. Their solution was to Cut a Live cable from the heater to the socket right in front of us and tape it up. So the cable had been left LIVE and could of killed anyone. As you can see In the pictures they left out it’s a shared student apartments. And the other picture is the cable before it was cut.

值得考慮的地方。
地點佳,河景方向美麗,有廚具可供使用。當火車進出中央車站時會有小量聲音,性價比高。

No where near hotel standard. The bed was small and you have to climb over the other person to get in and out of bed .Their is a large table at the bottom of the bed .No toiletries.one glass one cup .Half a toilet roll.Worst nights sleep ever.
It's a new build student residence with high-spec rooms ( almost hotel quality ) in a good location. At the time of my stay (Aug 2018) the building was still under construction however the rooms being rented are in a separate part of the building which is fully complete to a high standard. Only minor intrusions of noise from around 8am from the adjacent construction site - not a problem. Photos seen prior to booking implied potential for river view rooms however it seemed none of these are complete ( or none were offered ). Room with a view of a laneway was pre-allocated . Everything was spotless and apparently new. In-room cooking facilities / kettle. However appliances (oven and hob) did not come with instructions and it was not obvious how to use them. Fridge power switch not labelled and again not obvious. Short stayers may need to bring dishwashing liquid and sponges as none provided. No hangers in wardrobe - I asked but they never appeared; this was annoying. Reception staff friendly and helpful. They have a small luggage storage room adjacent to reception. Room cleaning etc is not daily as with hotels. For my short stay aside from the issues mentioned I was happy overall. Slept well in a clean safe quiet place for a relatively good price. All I needed. For groups of friends this might work well as groups of adjacent rooms have shared lounges / communal space. There are several fob-operated security doors between rooms and the street. Reception not manned 24/7.

room not as described
not supierier room no view no toiletries no tv basically a cupboard with a window overlooking a building site
The check in staff were lovely, helpful and friendly but there a few issues: 3/4 double bed just about accommodated my daughter and I. Fire alarm went off at 520am and we prepared to evacuate but it went off a couple of minutes later. There was no water in the morning at peak getting up time. The kitchen was not equipped for two, just 1 glass etc. We expected more for our £120.

I live in hotels for my job and this is a first
I spend 19-24 nights a month living in hotels for work. This is the first time I've arrived at a hotel to have someone have no idea if the name im asking about is the same as the building im in and telling me that there's no other bookings for the night so they're not expecting anyone. Thank god I still had my receipt open on my laptop or the guard who seemed incredibly flustered by everything would probably have just told me I didn't have a room there at all.
Luckily I had the receipt open on my laptop and insisted that I was staying the night there and that I had paid £100. Eventually I was given a key for a room they keep for emergencies in case a pipe bursts etc.
It's an empty uni hall that they charge £100 a night to stay in a room and call it a superior executive suite. I'm supposed to have a river view but the windows are tiny and the layout is odd.
If they sold it for what it is: empty student rooms and lowered the price it would be alright. Calling it "Riverside Glasgow" is the most generic name though, be sure to write down the address or nobody will believe you it exists! Including the security guy working there! It's not even called that when you get here, theres a different name on the outside of the building.
Overall I think they've focussed massively on overselling themselves with grand wording and fancy pictures. Then you get here and its nylon sheets and student halls.
With a different welcome and price I would probably enjoy it here.
