The pool is quite small and there is only a single shaded area which is fine if you are only a single family like we were. But there are three apartments - and if they were all rented out at the same time, there wouldn't be enough space at the pool area at all. The house is fine with two bedrooms with ac and a fan. "The location was spectacular. As pictured, the apartment is just steps from the water. Listening to the waves crash outside our bedroom window allowed me to have the best sleep I've had in ages. "We loved staying here. Located on the 6th floor, the apartment has a great view of the port and it's fun to watch all the goings on. The apartment is clearly someone's home and is spacious and comfortable. There are restaurants nearby but be aware that there is a pretty steep walk to get to the main part of Scaicca. One downside is that there was no wifi."

"We'd go back to Sicily just to stay here again. Loved it!! The welcome was wonderful, the rooms are charming, romantic, fun and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and the dinner at the restaurant was 5 star. What a location to! The views out over land and see from the balconies (including roof top) are a show stopper in themselves but the town is also beautiful with every corner giving another wow moment of classic Sicily. Affordable luxury. If you get the chance, go. Thank you!"
