Masseira del Carboj is a true gem. We stayed for two nights and only wish we could have stayed longer! From the very first moment, when we were greeted with chilled wine in the garden reception, we felt so incredibly welcome. The facilities are top-notch, and the restaurant—along with its staff—is simply amazing. The surroundings, with the peaceful olive groves and vineyards, are so tranquil. We will definitely be back. A huge thank you to Marco and his wonderful team for making our visit so joyful!"

Situé en pleine nature à une dizaine de kms de la mer. Dépaysement total. Le propriétaire Marco nous reçoit merveilleusement avec un verre de bienvenue. Extérieur très bien entretenu. Superbe piscine avec vue sur les vignes et la mer au loin. Dîner simple mais excellent avec de bons vins siciliens. Breakfast très copieux et excellent. Tout le personnel a le sourire. MASSERIA DEL CARBOJ was one of the highlights of our trip to Sicily. The setting is beautiful, with a fantastic pool area and stunning views over the vineyards. Dinner at sunset was a memorable experience, and the food and wine were excellent. We met Marco at dinner and again the following morning. He was friendly, welcoming and clearly passionate about both the property and the local area. When we checked out, he gave us a personalised guide for the next stage of our journey, packed with recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and wineries. We followed many of his suggestions, and they turned out to be some of the best experiences of our holiday. A wonderful place to relax, with thoughtful hospitality and an authentic Sicilian feel. We'd happily stay again.

This was a delightful hill top resort with outstanding views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. Had the best meal of the trip in the resort restaurant. Quiet and relaxing. The best staff. Welcoming and helpful.

What an amazing place! A real hidden gem. Marco and his team were friendly, welcoming and generous with their knowledge. The property is located in a peaceful area and the only sound was bird song. The room was beautiful. Tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Every little detail had been thought of in the room and restaurant. The staff clearly want you to have a memorable and happy stay. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The dinner menu had great choice and the food was delicious. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again one day. Thank you Marco and team for making the beginning of our trip to Sicily so wonderful.

This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay.

Beautiful newly refurbished property with pool in tranquil location surrounded by nature, but ideally located to sightsee. Everything was spotless and service was warm and helpful. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived. Amazing breakfasts, lunch and dinner on site. Would recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful property, Marco and the team make you feel right at home and are very attentive. Breakfasts are delicious and the staff at Racina their restaurant is wonderful. There is a lot of love and care for the property which can be felt from everyone there. It is a peaceful retreat nestled amongst wineries with quick access to the Magaggiaro forest, beaches, wineries and beautiful Selinunte. Cannot wait to return!

I couldn’t recommend this property more!! The rooms and the whole area amazing clean. The staff extremely friendly and always want to do more to help. The dinner was amazing and the wine they have perfect for the meal. We will be definitely staying here again and bringing our family and friends too!! Please book and stay here!!

Ein absoluter Traum! Das Hotel liegt wunderschön eingebettet zwischen Weinbergen und Pinienwäldern, mit einem offenen, atemberaubenden Blick bis hinunter zum Meer. Die Weitläufigkeit der Anlage und die liebevolle Bepflanzung schaffen eine perfekte Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Der Pool ist hervorragend – ruhig, sauber und ideal zum Abschalten. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt dem Besitzer Marco und seinem Team: alle sind ausgesprochen herzlich, aufmerksam und strahlen eine wohltuende Ruhe aus, die sofort auf einen übergeht. Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die gesamte Architektur der Anlage ist zurückhaltend, aber stilbewusst – mit viel Liebe zum Detail entsteht ein harmonisches, organisches Gesamtbild. Ein echtes Highlight war auch das Essen – und der regionale Wein! Beides zählt ohne Zweifel zu den besten kulinarischen Erlebnissen, die wir auf Sizilien hatten. Ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt.
