"The apartment located in a historical building has huge bedrooms, 2 amazing living rooms, a comfy kitchen but the real beauty is the roof top: its spectacular view is priceless. The host Mariella gave us all the attention needed throughout our vacation always ready to answer positively to the phone. "ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies...
