"The staff members at the front desk were very helpful and kind. They made certain that our request for a room in a quiet location was honored, and answered all of our questions regarding local sites using a map that we were able to take with us when sightseeing. We enjoyed delicious cocktails in the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of foods and local specialties. The breakfast staff members were extremely friendly and hardworking! I was especially surprised to receive a delicious cannoli delivered to our breakfast table on the morning of my birthday! So thoughtful. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this hotel."

"Room was as expected, bed was comfortable as you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Bathroom was large as well and had the hotel branded goods. For the breakfast area, there was an option to sit outside, which was pleasant. Plenty of options as well and the staff where ready at hand to address any requests. We used Catania as base to explore the surrounding sites, but the city itself was larger than I thought and had some interesting things to see. The cathedral and main shopping street are within walking distance of the hotel and was fairly busy throughout our time."

"Location is literally next door to the fish market (no it doesn’t smell like fish at all) and walking distance to all the sites but it was noisy until the wee hours and windows aren’t soundproof. Overall, hotel room was spacious but was a little tired. Water stains on ceiling, paint needs touching up in a few places. Breakfast was OK - not a lot of options but pastries were good. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed thanks to the incredible hospitality of our host, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the shared kitchen and common area were a wonderful bonus, giving us a lovely space to relax and feel at home. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Catania and within walking distance of so many restaurants, shops, attractions, and amenities. It was the perfect base for exploring the city and enjoying everything it has to offer.
