We were greeted warmly. The staff were friendly & kind. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied & plentiful. Parking was easy. Location was good for us. An easy 45 minute walk to the centre.

Room 14 was really hot. Ac did not work. The carpets on the stairs leading up to it had not been cleaned in years! Shower leaked everywhere. Staff was friendly but not that knowledgeable.
