"Beautiful house on the edge of the peaceful village of Tremolat. We enjoyed swimming in the river at the end of the garden - in July, the water was lovely and warm. The owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful during our stay, and the "user's guide" to the property was the most comprehensive and useful that I've seen in over 20 years of holiday rentals. "Booked a room for seven nights, but checked out after the first night. It was incredibly hot that week, around 105 degrees. The room had no air conditioning, or fans. The windows could not be open during the evening because there were no screens in the windows and with the mosquitoes and bats flying around that was not an option. It was cooler outside than in the room. When I decided to check out the following day the staff were apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. The resort, as of now has not offered a refund for the remaining six nights."
