「This was a centrally located bed and breakfast in a lovely old home. The room was very small and there was no desk or anywhere to sit other than one chair. The bathroom was well equipped and breakfast was good. I might have been the only guest so it was very quiet - but very convenient to the ferry terminal just 7 miles away.」

「Wayne is super helpful! lovely stop for a nice, clean lodge.」

「Kamer heel klein Ontbijtbuffet slecht. Zelfs vroeg in de ochtend: geen jus d’orange meer. Geen bacon ( was op!) Enz enz.」

「I’ve stayed here each time I’ve come to Scotland. The only hotel I’ve stayed in more than once. You’re central to just about anywhere you’d like to go in the area. The folks who work there are the best of the best. Rooms are clean, all appliances work, bathrooms are huge, big windows, a fabulous bath & water pressure to write home about. Cannot recommend highly enough!」

「A good dinner, good night's sleep and an excellent breakfast - it just could have been more punctual」

「Hotel check in was friendly, was asked if wanted quiet room but ended outside main road! Room was big as had an extra bed in. Off white bed covers was a bit odd but clean, windows werent the best as couldnt see out due to marks or condensation. Bathroom was OK. Breakfast was simple but nice. Hotel is next to a pub so had dinner there with was good」

「A fantastic find! An idyllic treat in stunning scenery. It's so quiet! Andrea, the host, was lovely and introduced me to her property with such pride that I felt right at home. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the hot tub was a huge treat!」

「No attendant on site. Lots of stairs so pack light. Room was clean and quiet. Mackay's had an excellent steak.」

「Could hear people talking in next door room from 3am to 4:30 am. I am a Light sleeper. No issues other than that all good.」

「This property is in a fantastic location with absolutely stunning views, which were the highlight of our stay. It has amazing potential and could be a really lovely place with a little investment. Unfortunately, the property is looking quite dated in terms of décor. There were paint chips in several places, the walls were looking grubby, and overall it felt like it was in need of some TLC. The TVs are also quite old, and upgrading them to smart TVs would really improve the experience. We...
