「You get what you pay for, the property really needs a good deep clean it was quite dirty in the room & bathroom especially. The safe didn’t work- so we were given a key to carry around which only open the safe half the time. The safe just needed batteries it would have been a quick fix. The towels really need to be replaced & only half the water comes out of the shower. I did ask for the shower to be looked at but this wasn’t.

「We stayed for 4 nights. Overall we had excellent time here. The room was clean, the staff was smiling all the time and very kind and the food was so delicious. All foods from a la carte were tasty. We definitely chose this hotel again.」

「This beautiful brand new hotel is in a grear location, close to all the restaurants and the harbour. The staff was really nice and helpful and Iwan, the managaer, made sure that we would be looked after for anything, a boat trip, good restaurants and a wonderful place to watch the sunset. A great experience I recommend to everyone who’ll visit Gili T」
