Newly renovated 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located in the El Llano neighborhood, a central area near Plaza de Europa, a 10-minute walk from the Los Fresnos Shopping Center, a 10-minute walk from Paseo de Begoña, and less than 2 km from the Escalerona (staircase No. 4) at San Lorenzo Beach. A very comfortable and quiet place to stay, with a private parking space available from July 1 to September 15



This apartment is rented as a whole and will be entirely available to our guests.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This property is heated by electric radiators, which are available from November through April. In light of the climate and social emergency, we are calling for responsible energy use; we want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures in the coldest winter months range from 6 to 15 degrees—heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees. The maximum heating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather, and guests may choose these time slots. It’s important to understand that heating a space like ours, which is 80 m², is not the same as heating a smaller space such as a hotel room (15 m²).

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM* Check-out BEFORE 11:00 a.m. *A 1-hour time slot will be agreed upon for guest check-in; in the event of a delay or change on the guest’s part, such changes will be subject to the host’s discretion and availability. Coordinating check-in times is very simple and highly flexible for the guest, and we will try to accommodate your needs as much as possible. *A “late check-in” service is available from 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM at the latest, for an additional fee of 20. At 11:00 PM, the reservation will be canceled due to “NO-SHOW”

The accommodations are located in the residential neighborhood of Llano on the 1st floor of a 5-story building. The apartment was recently renovated (June 2023) and features one double bedroom with a 150 x 200 cm bed, as well as two other bedrooms: one double with a 140 x 200 cm bed and another single bedroom with a 105 x 200 cm bed; all bedrooms have a Smart TV. It has one full bathroom with a shower. A spacious kitchen with all the amenities, including a dining table and a washing machine. The living room has a spacious sofa, an armchair, and a 55" Smart TV. An excellent place to stay with all the amenities you need to enjoy your time in Gijón

I’ll hand you the keys myself, walk you through the apartment, and provide you with maps, tips on the city, and a guidebook. You can ask me any questions you may have, and I’ll be available by phone 24 hours a day for whatever you need. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The check-in time must be agreed upon between the host and guest a few days before the start of your stay and should be as close to the agreed time as possible. From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, a late check-in is available for an additional fee of 20, subject to availability. After 11:00 PM, no check-ins will be permitted, and the reservation will be marked as a no-show. Check-out is by 11:00 AM at the latest. Guests may not leave their luggage at the property either before or after their stay.
