"I stayed with two friends here for a long weekend of cycling in the surrounding alpine countryside. Property was easy to find/access, and just as described, which was perfect for our stay. It was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner were first class, and they were incredibly helpful in letting us check-in early and check-out late so that we could squeeze in additional rides on our first and last day. "Great location and very quite rooms, beautiful view of the lake. Only downside was that parking is not on site and the man at the front desk wasn't able to explain clearly the additional price we would be charged for parking nearby (they have an arrangement with another hotel, but the parking is only partially covered)."

"We had a very pleasant stay at L’Impérial Palace Annecy. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our time there. We were touched by the room upgrade and the thoughtful welcome of a bottle of champagne and a cake prepared for us. It was a lovely gesture. The only downside was the leisure facilities. The gym is quite small, and the swimming pool is also a little limited in size, which can make it feel crowded at busy times. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we would happily return."

"This property is very clean and modern. The rooms are small but has everything you need and very clean! We had breakfast at the hotel one morning, it was okay, but the other mornings we went across the street and got drinks and food for both of us for the same price as one breakfast at the hotel. There is coffee offered between 1pm and 9pm, it would be better if it was offered to guests in the morning as well. The location is fantastic, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, the room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Annecy!"

"I have stayed here previously and left a negative review due to excessive noise from slamming doors in the hotel, this remains an issue in some areas as there are many heavily sprung doors throughout the corridors slamming 24/7 making sleep an issue With that said I have stayed here 2 further times in ski and cycling season once in a different area of the building and once in the new construction building, in both cases no noise issues. With the issue of the doors removed the hotel, staff, location, parking and spa facilities are absolutely brilliant it is a fantastic hotel and the restaurant also very reasonable, Even the Aircon is good. As a base for a sports holiday or more likely a stop off on the way to/from the mountains I can't imagine a better arrangement . The slamming door issue is major and is still present.will be a probleut if you are lucky and stay in the correct room"
