"What a wonderful place to stay. The cottage was beautiful and the gardens were stunning. We saw plenty of monkeys coming through the garden which was really exciting, plus humming birds and even a mongoose!Gibbes beach is so beautiful and peaceful ,it was so easy to get to from the cottage. We were given two sunbeds to take to the beach which made it so relaxing. It was just a four minute walk to get there. Mullins which is beautiful too was only a 2 minute walk, with the lovely Seashed to go to for food and drinks day and night. I can't thank Sam the host enough and her wonderful staff. Douglas even made us some Bajan food which we loved. We really hope to return asap. Thank you for making our holiday perfectAndrea and Nigel xxx"
Amazing Villa with Pool 5 mins to Beach - Palm Grove 1

"We had a fabulous 11 night stay at Palm Grove to celebrate my brother in laws 50th birthday. The layout was perfect and the location was wonderful being a 5 minute walk to beautiful Mullins Bay. The beach is heavenly with Sea Shed there for the most delicious food. We hired cars and explored the island but buses ran frequently from the bottom of the road. A big highlight was seeing the monkeys visit the garden most mornings to feed from the mango tree. A memory to cherish. The kitchen is brilliantly stocked with every utensil and good quality crockery. The house has been decorated to a very high standard and the beds are very comfy. We had a housekeeper 3 times during our stay which was really great and the pool and garden were also well maintained. Don't be put off by building works next door as very little noise was heard. Overall a great stay and all seamless thanks to Charmaine who was very responsive. We hope to return in the future."

"We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The location was great to walk to Mullins Beach, Sea Shed and The View if you wanted to. What truly made this experience exceptional was our host. She went above and beyond every single time we reached out, always responding quickly, kindly, and making sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. We had an amazing time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We can’t wait to come back!"

"A well appointed home in a perfect location. The amenities were excellent. It is on a busy street but in the evenings the tree frogs are louder than the cars - and the beach is right there! Hoping we can rent again in 2027!"

"We loved staying here. Matt was extremely helpful and responsive. Our hostess Jacqui attended to every question or need immediately and thoroughly.We vacationed at Ashanti with our 2 adult kids and their spouses. This property was perfect with the private ensuites and ample living and dining room areas. We enjoyed every morning with coffees on the patio overlooking the pool and soon plunged in for a routine morning dip. We saw monkeys 4 of the seven days in the adjacent natural area. The pool was very clean and maintained throughout our stay. Many lounge chairs and umbrellas available. Strolling 15 minutes to the beach or Sea Shed restaurant was easy and again we saw troops of monkeys in the trees on 2 occasions. Our comment would be that you should add a few minutes to any of the walk times shown on Google maps. Just because you are going to be distracted by nature or taking extra caution walking as sidewalks are minimal in most areas. This has nothing to do with the property...Just the way it is in our experience.Ashanti is a private secure gated property with parking included. It exceeded our expectations and we know that we will return again."

"What a beautiful villa, lots of space, great pool and an amazing location. Step out the back gate and we were on a stunning beach. We used the Jet skis and ate at the two restaurants on the beach. We loved your recommendation Peter, the Sea Shed was fantastic. Peter was a great host and we will definitely be coming back.Thank you"
