"We had a great stay at Best Western Revelstoke. First the staff are so great, absolutely wonderful. When we checked in they went above and beyond to ensure we were in a pet free room and away from the pet friendly rooms as my son has severe allergies. When we got to the room the fridge wasn't working but they allowed us to put some stuff in their desk fridge and showed us where ice was and the next day they replaced the fridge. The breakfast was fine, I think bacon and sausage need to be a daily item but otherwise tasty enough and again the staff were very friendly. The location is very good as well. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, beds were pretty good however the bathrooms are pretty dated. The hotel could use some true renovations, they have been doing some minor things I can tell throughout the years but the pool deck is in pretty rough shape, and one hot tub wasn't working while we were there, the pictures of the pool area make it look much nicer than it actually is. The place is very clean though, staff are fantastic and it was a comfortable place to spend a few days, I would stay again."
