「Very good choice , respectful and cooperative staff especially receptionist, room was clean but small , mattress was not good at all , breakfast was good .」

「I was there for one night for business purposes and this place is amazing. It’s five star on every level, especially the rooftop and the pool.」

「This place is perfect. The location is great, the street is quiet yet it’s so walkable to important things. The staff was excellent. Very accommodating, helpful and kind. Would highly recommend checking out the restaurant attached to the hotel. This experience far exceeded expectations.」

「I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely will be back」

They booked / arranged the 2 private tours for me to visit northern and southern outskirts of Beirut, recommended some of supreme restaurants in the city, and told me how to enjoy the city! Especially one of the female receptionist was so nice (I didn’t hear the name...she had the nameplate of trainee, but her knowledge and hospitality was far above than those of trainee :) I regret I couldn’t say my thank you...) The place of the hotel is walking distance...

「施設もサービスもとても良く、素晴らしい時間を過ごさせていただきました。さすがリーディングホテルズグループだと思いました。ただ、デモが起きているエリアに近く、週末は夜に出歩かない方がいいようです。」

「I will never book again via Expedia. Expedia charged for a room without breakfast while the normal rate which Expedia charged me is the same as Bed and breakfast. The property is tip top. 「A picturesque historic Lebanese home with lovely gardens. In the heart of bustling Gemmayzeh but set back to be private and quiet.」

「I’ve stayed here many times. I love it. It is very good value especially this time in the past. I didn’t like the customer service but this time the representative downstairs brought my stuff up to me late at night. I really appreciate it. For management please allow drivers to come to the room especially Delivery drivers.」

「Strongly recommended.」
