The guest house includes an upstairs king bedroom and a stylish Article memory foam pull-out sofa in the downstairs living area. With two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar seating, and a cozy lounge space, it’s perfect for additional guests.

Step outside to enjoy multiple entertainment options: a fire pit (propane provided), bocce court, and cornhole setup, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine. The newly completed game room, housed in the converted garage, features a large TV with seating, ping pong, darts, two multi-game arcade units, a game table, board games, puzzles, washer and dryer, and a treadmill with a compact workout area.

The surrounding yard showcases rows of lavender, Zinfandel vines, and table grapes, creating an idyllic Wine Country setting. Conveniently located just 8 minutes from downtown Healdsburg and within walking distance to Mauritson and Ridge wineries. Please note the creek on the property is seasonal.
