  • Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located apartment. The lovingly restored monument dates back to the early 17th century and was once the utility building of a knight’s estate, now transformed into a romantic retreat.



    The apartment is set in a former workshop of the historic Wolkensteiner Hof from 1605, fully renovated in 2025. Tastefully furnished, it sits in a quiet, romantic courtyard right on Gernsbach’s pedestrian zone—perfect for trips to the Black Forest, Baden-Baden, or Alsace.



    On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room and kitchen with a large door opening onto your private terrace. Upstairs is the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.



    You have exclusive use of the apartment and terrace, though there are other apartments in the same building.



    Please note: This is a listed historic property. The staircase inside the apartment is not suitable for small children.

Eine schöne historische Ferienwohnung mit entspannter ruhiger Lage

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern mit dem historischen touch der alten Werkstatt. Super schöner Innenhof, wo man auch kleine Eidechsen beobachten konnte. Und ein super freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Cons: Für einen längeren Aufenthalt fehlen ein paar kleine Unterbringungs Möglichkeiten für Kleidung.
