"Stayed again after some 8 years, happy to see the quality of hotel's services have only improved. We enjoyed our stay a lot. If I have to criticise, I can only comment keeping room heaters down a bit. We simply love not needing to leave the hotel premises for anything.."

"It was a family gateway with 7 adults and one kid. It was my sister birthday. The place was so luxurious and the food was amazing fresh and plenty. The nature and the swimming pool spa was Best. The stuff was so so so professional and helpful. The front desk to the tea place and Restuarant. We ordered a birthday cake. Very nice and cheap, they accepted urgent iron the clothes. I wish I remembered the names, the ladies whom organized the birthday place in the second floor where the snacks was...

"It is a family friendly, clean, safe and comfortable hotel. The quality of the thermal water is amazing, makes your skin soft and glow. Hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful at any time. Speacial shout out to hotel manager Gamze, she is very dedicated to her job, i stayed in the hotel all by myself but but i received lots of support and kindness from her. "
