This hotel is waterfront and the view is beautiful, I can only imagine it in the summer. The room was large, comfortable and the bedding was heavenly. A spectacular huge walk-in shower was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were friendly and personable. I didn't attend the Spa but the area looked classy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, although very basic. I would stay here again if in the area again.

Staff were great and hotel sits in a beautiful area. Beds are very hard. Room was clean and spacious. I question the safety of the stairs going up to the top floor rooms.

I arrived after 10 pm to find the front door locked. I had received a phone call while I was driving and did not answer. I redialed that number and it went to a voicemail. A representative came to the front door and asked why didn't I call the number on the door. I felt like i did something wrong. The room wasnt quite as expected, The draws on the entertainment unit couldn't close shut, I'd say a hazard if one were to go to the bathroom in the dark. A used towel was found on the shower curtain rack. Amenities were scarce. A night I hopefully wont have to repeat. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. I gave a 2/10 because the bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramada in Jackson's Point. The room was clean, the view was spectacular overlooking Lake Simcoe and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast was also included for both days and it was very good (the eggs actually tasted like eggs!). So all in all, good job and we will return to this property on our next visit.

Beautiful spot. We had a very relaxing time. Only disappointment was the restaurant being closed Mon & Tues...the 2 days we were there. Breakfast was still served though and it was delicious.
