"Well the room was clean even though I fou"

"This was our 3rd year staying here. The location is excellent for our stay. Our room was adequate, but did not feel clean upon arrival. Floors had sand and debris all over them. Bathroom had hair all over it. Second morning of our stay, there was no water for a short time. Every time we flushed the toilet it sounded like a jet taking off inside the wall. Our room was very close to the elevator and we had several nights of not being able to get to sleep until after midnight due to loud voices, doors slamming and kids running around. One of the hot tubs was not functional, the other one was not hot, cooler than the pool. Only 1 elevator out of 3 was working most of the stay. Just seemed to be alot of maintenance lacking this time. "

"Loved the property! An additional plus would be a Keurig machine in the kitchen."

"Under construction. Noisy, door to the snack and go would not open. No prices on 6 packs water or 12 pack of soda checking in is confusing. It’s across the street. Had to call front desk numerous times. Not enough coffee, sugar,creamer,towels, etc and they knew we had 4 adults. "

"Was placed on 1st floor couldn't see ocean good just the pool. Room clean. Staff excellent. BEDS HARD AS A ROCK! Couldn't sleep due to noises coming from parking garage and hallway. Someone snoking Marijuana at night causing it to come through the AC unit and couldn't keep door open at all. Good for a 1 night stay only. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay do not stay here. And NO ARCADE as described in website saying its available. No breakfast unless u pay. Pools nice and warm but the indoor pool felt like walking on gravel. Door to room In Shooner Building only opens up halfway because the dresser is in the way stopping the door from opening. Will not stay here again. "

"We’ve stayed here twice and have enjoyed it both times. Convenient location and friendly service. If I had to give one negative comment, it would be that the staff in the bowling ally are not nice at all and if you order food there it takes an hour just for a milkshake. But hey great place to stay!"
