Isabelle is a lovely host and jer guest house is well located in beautiful grounds. If I return to George I would definitely stay here again. George and surrounding area especially wilderness and Kysna are well worth excursions.

Water damage on the ceiling, causing it to look rundown, paint was peeling. Air conditioning was not working. They did offer us a fan after we tried to use the AC, which tripped the power. After that, they let us know per message that we shouldn’t use the AC.

Excellent. We stayed overnight on our way up from Cape Town to Durban. This is a top class b&b, great service and lovely rooms. Our host was really friendly and helpful. He recommended the Fat Fish for dinner and booked us a table on the terrace. It was exactly what we wanted and less than five minutes walk away. For those looking for meat not fish, the Hussar Grill is even closer. We will book again.

Wish we had stayed for longer!

This beautiful guest house is very conveniently located on a wide quiet road, within walking distance to places of interest and good restaurants. Having recently been refurbished, the interior decorating is sublime with amazing views from upstairs. The garden is an oasis of green and there are plans afoot to have a swimming pool put in. The breakfasts are fresh, perfectly presented - and if the weather is good, you can eat in the garden. Relaxing, comfortable, luxurious - the best guest house we have stayed in!
