"The property is as described, we loved that it had washer/dryer and enough space for us 4 friends … some things to consider is that the above unit is also a rental and we experienced noisy neighbors during our stay. The street does/can get noisy as well … we just used a sound machine and it helped drown out the noise. Also , a very particular smell like of sewage or standing water but it went away after a bit of running air conditioning… the RER line station is walking distance away. "

"My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is beautifully laid out, in a safe feeling community, and is extremely easy to reach by public transport. Pros: - Beautiful space - Lovely area - Just 20 mins from centre of Paris - Affordable and value for money - Helpful and prompt communications - Comfortable and warm Cons: - There was a strong moss-like smell from the shower, although this faded over the few days we were there - Basic necessities like soap in the bathroom...

"Stayed here for a little over 2 weeks, the train station was near by and worked perfect for me to get in and out of the city everyday. Would stay here again!"

"The accommodation was great. All fine, very little traffic on the street. The only thing to complain about is, that parking is very expensive. The owner only told us, that parking is easily possible on the street, but he didn’t tell us, that we need to pay 22€ for just 6 hours parking. If you want to rent this accommodation, please book a parking place in a parking house. That is much cheaper."
