Apartments in Gentilly for Rent

"My friend and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is beautifully laid out, in a safe feeling community, and is extremely easy to reach by public transport. Pros: - Beautiful space - Lovely area - Just 20 mins from centre of Paris - Affordable and value for money - Helpful and prompt communications - Comfortable and warm Cons: - There was a strong moss-like smell from the shower, although this faded over the few days we were there - Basic necessities like soap in the bathroom...

"Stayed here for a little over 2 weeks, the train station was near by and worked perfect for me to get in and out of the city everyday. Would stay here again!"

"The property is as described, we loved that it had washer/dryer and enough space for us 4 friends … some things to consider is that the above unit is also a rental and we experienced noisy neighbors during our stay. The street does/can get noisy as well … we just used a sound machine and it helped drown out the noise. Also , a very particular smell like of sewage or standing water but it went away after a bit of running air conditioning… the RER line station is walking distance away. "

"The accommodation was great. All fine, very little traffic on the street. The only thing to complain about is, that parking is very expensive. The owner only told us, that parking is easily possible on the street, but he didn’t tell us, that we need to pay 22€ for just 6 hours parking. If you want to rent this accommodation, please book a parking place in a parking house. That is much cheaper."

"Beautiful apt perfectly located. 10min walk from Notre Dame and lovely cafes in the area highlight is the amazing gelato shop two mins away."

"Host was easy and friendly for the check in process will definitely return and recommend for a family of 3"

"Perfect for a chill stay in the Marais, Clean, cozy, and right near public transport, Definitely a gem for anyone wanting to enjoy the city without all the tourist hustle"

"Excellent location"

"Very cute apartment in an excellent neighbourhood! Host was very responsive "

"The apartment is exactly as pictured and in a beautiful, safe, and thriving area close to a major metro line and lots of local shops, stores, bars, and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and the communication with the host was a 10/10. We’re so appreciative that all Q’s and requests were responded to quickly and efficiently. You’re going to enjoy your stay here in this quiet, pretty community, we definitely did and will be back :)"
