Located in Genouillé, this 98 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 10 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a 20 m² living area and a fully equipped private kitchen of 8 m², offering a friendly space to share meals and relax. Upstairs, two large bedrooms of 21 m² and 18 m², equipped with modular single beds, can each accommodate up to 4 people; a small 7 m² bedroom is ideal for 2 children. Amenities include air conditioning in the living room, Wi-Fi, a television, fans in the bedrooms, a washing machine and a baby cot. You can also enjoy products from the property: jam, fruits, herbs, and vegetables.



The private covered terrace with barbecue gives access to the shared garden. The outdoor pool, shared and accessible by time slots (4.5 x 10.5 m, 1.5 m deep), is open from May to the end of September depending on weather conditions, with reservation for one hour between 9 am and 8 pm.



Shared parking is available on site. Up to two pets are allowed. You will also benefit from common facilities such as table tennis, a tennis court, a playground, and a mini billiard table. A shuttle service to the train station is offered.
