The Sycamore Row House is a beautiful historic row house located in the Historic District of Geneva, NY.

The Sycamore Row House located in Geneva, NY. Views of Seneca Lake and Historic Downtown Geneva, NY. Spacious with 2 dens, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, 2 enclosed sun porches with views of Seneca Lake, deck on lower level for outdoor entertaining. Sleeps 8 people. Walking distance to Hobart and William Smith Colleges, shopping, restraunts and Seneca Lake. Located on the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. Short driving distance to Watkins Glen, Casinos and Malls. Please note-If you have more than 8 guests, a 50.00 per person charge will be applied to your total cost of the rental.

Beautiful home, great location

Our large group of friends spent a long weekend in Geneva and this house had plenty of space and was centrally located for everyone’s activities. Beds were very comfortable, host communication was great and we would definitely come back!

Beautiful home right in Geneva!

This house was perfect for my Bachelorette trip in Geneva! The house was gorgeous and fit me and my 7 bridesmaids perfectly and comfortably (I did share a bed with one of them, but the bed was big so it was not an issue). The house is in the perfect location to walk to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. It was so convenient! One thing I would say that you can't tell from the pictures is the one bedroom with the 3 twin beds in on the 3rd floor with a somewhat narrow staircase but it was not an issue for us at all. There was an AC unit in ever room so everyone was comfortable even though it was the middle of summer. Finally, Terri was amazing! We could not find a wine opener and she had one delivered to us! I cannot recommend this house enough, it was a dream and so perfect, I could not be happier with my stay.

Wonderful historic home

Beautiful property. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Walking distance to downtown Geneva and Hobart College. Lake view. Very quiet and relaxing. Terri was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the visit and would recommend this property highly!

Beautiful Home and Area

This house was beautiful! The communication with Terri the property manager was smooth and easy. We arrived without any problems. Parking was right in front and keys were easily accessible. The house is spacious and very detailed/clean. We all felt like we were at home. The welcome gifts were such a special touch! We had 4 girls getting ready for a wedding and accidentally blew a fuse. Terri came over and restored for us without any questions. We will definitely book when Terri again!
