"Property was in an excellent location, walking distance to many great restaurants and Seneca Lake! It was also a quick drive to many delicious wineries on the north end of Seneca Lake. Communication with Karen was so easy as well and she made check in and check out a breeze! The unit itself felt very safe and was so clean. It had many nice amenities and was so spacious. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the Finger Lakes! Only minor concern is that we could hear cars on the street...

"My stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding! Property and grounds are absolutely gorgeous and I had a lovely view of the lake. The staff was amazing with all good vibes! Food in the dining room was fantastic with beautiful ambiance. My only suggestion is better bedding especially a big poofy comforter."

The room was slightly stuffy for some reason, but the hallway and lobby were cool. Not enough to be bothersome at all. Overall, a very satisfying visit. Would be happy to stay there again."
