House was nice and new. Biggest thing to know before you book is they 60 for incidentals/insurance. You do not get this back. Or you can pay 1,500 and it’s up to the owners discretion to return your money. The washer and dryer are coin operated, which was a bummer. Early check in costs extra. They didn’t have soap or anything for the shower. Everything you had to purchase through a QR code. House in the winter was cold, 55 when we arrived. Took hours to warm up. Due to all the above I would not book this house again.

Wonderful house

This house was fantastic! The pictures don’t do it justice, in my opinion. Very clean, very spacious, and close to stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was modern and clean, kitchen was great, and the living room was spacious. My family (humans plus dogs) enjoyed our stay immensely; we even booked an extra day!

Nice getaway

Nice quiet location just outside of town near several beautiful horse farms. The house was very clean and comfortable, perfect for our three day stay. The owners were great to work with and we were grateful they would’ve been able to extend our stay at the last minute if needed when we developed serious car trouble. Definitely recommend this place if staying in the Geneseo area!

Spacious Apartment in the country

The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Not too far from Letchworth state park and we appreciated that it was close to major supermarkets as well as restaurants. The property itself was perfect. Lovely stay.

What i didn't like was that there were plastic containers with QR codes to buy extra stuff that the owners put everywhere including the frig and the freezer. The washer and dryer you had to pay for. And we got one roll of toilet paper and no trash bags. We stayed for 7 days.

Immaculate, Updated Geneseo Town Home
