Welcome to your tranquil retreat perched in one of Bell Post Hill’s peaceful pockets. Located on the upper level of a spacious home, the two-bedroom setup is perfect for small groups or families. Relax in the open-plan lounge and dining area with smart TV, or cook up something delicious in the full kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, and wine glasses on hand. The balcony is perfect for your morning coffee or evening wind-down.
There’s ducted heating, cooling, a treadmill, and even a hot tub for added comfort and wellness. Guests will enjoy the entire upper level privately. Please note the master bedroom is not included.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire upstairs area, including two bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining area, balcony, and laundry facilities. Driveway parking for 1 car is available, with additional free street parking for 2 cars.

Bell Post Hill is a family-friendly suburb offering peace and convenience. A short drive brings you to bay lookouts, scenic reserves like Hurst Reserve, and educational institutions such as Kardinia International College. Shopping is easy with Bell Post Shopping Centre just a few minutes away, and local eateries are dotted around the area.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy, whether by car or public transport. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk from the property, connecting you to North Geelong Station. For nature lovers, Hurst Reserve is just a few minutes away, and for your shopping needs, Bell Post Shopping Centre (with Aldi and other stores) is within 5 minutes’ drive.
Other Things to Note:
The living space and bedrooms are located upstairs. Please be mindful of noise levels for residents downstairs, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Keep TV/music volume below level 15 during these hours.
This is a non-smoking, no-party property. Any celebrations must be held off-site.
The master bedroom is not part of your booking. Guests will have private use of the upstairs level.
Weekly bin collection is Wednesday night (put out) and Thursday morning (return).
