Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made such a long stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Two team members in particular really stood out. Jilly on reception was an absolute bundle of joy every morning—her warmth and energy set a positive tone for the day and made me feel right at home. Laura was also wonderful; always present, always smiling, and consistently happy to help with anything I needed. They both deserve a big thumbs up for their outstanding hospitality. Breakfast each day was great, with plenty of choice and consistently good quality. I also had the lovely surprise of receiving a free two-course meal after registering on the hotel’s website, as it happened to be my birthday—such a thoughtful touch that really made my stay feel special. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and am already looking forward to returning in the next few months. Highly recommended!"

"Room was spotless, bed really comfortable and this hotels biggest strong point was the reception staff - especially Zaf who was welcoming, warm and so helpful with everything needed - directed me to local restaurants, booked me a taxi to work and really does understand what good customer service means.
