"While the room was outstanding, issues with our access cards hampered our stay. Our first full day, our access cards stopped working. A quick trip to the front desk with a polite apology, we were back in business. It happened again yesterday and another trip to the front desk was not as welcoming. The woman that helped us was cold and indifferent, almost bordering on rude with a condescending attitude towards our plight despite the fact she was the one that checked us in in Friday afternoon. Aside from that, our stay was delightful. We're pleased that the new ownership is investing in much needed repairs to the building and we cannot wait for the finished product. We'll be back but some of the staff needs a brush up on their customer service skills."

"Advertisement says “sunny oceanfront”. You cannot see the ocean. The majority of the space had only space heaters. We had to wear sweatshirts to be comfortable. There was a dirty dish in the oven. Very disappointed with the whole experience. We will not stay there again. "
