"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"The Communication and picking up the key was super annoying. We had to wait forever to get the key and no one responded to our calls. First, we were provided with the wrong address, which was 30 min away. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for two nights which was certainly not enough...but the view of the apartment was great! To get there you have to carry everything a lot of stairs because parking is quite far..."

"Wonderful location and resort! Everything felt new, modern, and very well maintained, and the staff was great. The beach was quiet, beautiful, and never felt crowded, especially compared with Baška Voda, which is just a few-minute walk away. There’s a beautiful path along the beach that makes it easy to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and gelato. We loved our stay at Bluesun Berulia and would definitely stay again!"

"Very convenient place to stay in Korcula Island especially for families with children as the place offers great access to the beach, an infinity swimming pool and taxi boat to the old city. I recommend this place; it would be slightly better if the place would offer additional sports activities during the day and more activities for the kids. "This was our third time staying at this resort because we’ve always enjoyed it. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was excellent—very friendly, professional, and attentive. However, the bar experience was disappointing. The beach bar wasn’t open during our stay, which was a big disappointment. The main bar also had issues with its system being down, and the staff seemed confused most of the time. I asked about the status of my order, and the bartender simply looked at me, said they didn’t have my order, then turned away and ignored me. The order arrived about five minutes later, making the whole situation even more confusing. For a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher level of service. Hopefully, these issues will be improved because we’ve always enjoyed staying here."
