素晴らしいロケーション
古そうな外観ですが、内装は最近改装されたようでとても清潔でした。観光地からも近く素晴らしいロケーションです。

清潔感のあるホテル
清潔感のあるホテルで、エアコン・電気ポットもあり、水周りも不便なく快適に過ごせた。朝食も品揃えが多くよかった。ただし、レシートが必要な場合、1泊目がクレジットカードで自動支払い済みとなり、2泊目以降が現地支払いとなり、2枚のシートに分かれるので要注意。

運河沿いの洒落たホテル
グダニスクの運河沿いの静かなエリアに建つ、中世の面影を残した建物の洒落たホテルです。室内は快適でレストランの食事も美味しいです。特に朝食ビッフェは、種類もさることながら美味しく調理されておりとても満足しました。

屋根裏の部屋だった
シングルルームだったが6階の屋根裏、エレベーターは4階までで後は歩きに落胆。そのエレベーターは翌日一時故障。ＷＩＦＩは屋根裏のせいかうまく繋がらない。大雨で濡れた衣類を乾かすべくバスルーム内のヒーターを付けようとしたが故障中。唯一の救いは小窓からドックが見えた事と部屋が清潔だったが事、値段は立地が良い為か、高め。

川縁にある素敵なホテル。窓から船が見えるのも良い。中央駅からは遠いが、旧市街に至近で観光に便利。ゆっくり散歩が出来る。部屋にバスタブが無かったのはマイナス。

This is a great hotel. It gets a bit warm at night though, even in the middle of winter. Our AC was broken in our room but we got to switch to another room the day after so that was great. The staff was very professional. The restaurant, Brovarnia, has superb beer and also good food. The location is close to almost everything you need when staying in Old Town Gdansk.

The prefect place to stay
The warmest welcome I have had in years on a very cold and snowing trip to Gdansk. Hotel staff are amazing and attentive to take care of guests. Stay was too short and will return for longer next trip. Hotel is in a quiet location less than 10 minutes from the old town square and surrounded by places to eat. Hotel restaurant and bar is amazing with a huge selection of micro brew award winning beer.

Great hotel to stay
We stayed in both 5 and 4 star parts and equally liked them. Great staff, always ready to help, breakfast is nice, good variety. Close to the old town.

We have just returned from a fantastic 3 night stay in this wonderful hotel . Wouldnt hesitate to come back again and recommend to friends . Staff very friendly and helpful . Breakfast ( only meal that we had there ) was fabulous - you certainly wouldnt struggle to be full up for the rest of the day . 10/10 in every way

Goood location and good service. Large room. Very good breakfast. Didn't like, no lift to the 5th and 6th floor. The rooms is "heavy" and dark in the main building.. Carpets on the floor. Refrigerator did not work. we travel a lot all over the world and this is not 5* in my eyes.

NOT a 5 star quality hotel
Very good location and at arrival a very nice and clean room. But this hotel do not clean the rooms - even though we requested daily cleaning this was only done partly. For instance the used coffe cups were not cleaned and no full up of toilet paper etc. Even though Poland is not a part of Hotelstars union that covers most of Europe - we expected daily cleaning. Parking: Prior to our stay I called the hotel to reserve parking, and was told that this was not a problem. But at arrival there were no parking and they did not remember that they had promised this. We found a public parking near by. When we day 2 of our stay had to prolong the parking the automat did not work and could not take card only coins. Returned to get help from the hotel - none was provided - ended up using more than and hour to try to exchange bills to coins - the hotel had no coins and did not try to help. During our 4 day stay we did see free parking spaces owned by the hotel - but was denied use. In general the young and new staff tried to be helpfull - but the older staff was very unfriendly. Making us feel that they did not like us. Så despite good location, Nice room in size and Nice breakfast - we can NOT recommend this hotel. This was a part of a longer car trip around Europe with a varity of hotels from 3-5 stars and this hotel is the only one we give a bad review - all other hotels on our journey provided much better service and cleaning - also the 3 stars hotel.
