"Located in a good place for access to the old town etc. staff are friendly and helpful. We encountered the same matters as other guests room was small, shower difficult to get in and out of as compact. The area downstairs to get tea and snacks is nice but we like to be able to make a cup of tea in our room in the morning and at night. Overall we had a nice stay with easy access to tourist sites, the Metro, entertainment and restaurants. "

The room did not feel clean, and the air quality was quite poor, making the stay uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude at check-out.
