Family getaway

A very idyllic holiday resort, small enough to offer you peace and quiet. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, our kids loved it. We stayed at Villa Rosmarino, which was just perfect for our family of five. The only negative thing about the apartment was that it was a bit cool and damp. The resort is situated well, we took trips to Pisa, Volterra and to beaches nearby (Punta Ala was great), but a car is a must.

High class vacation

Travelling to "casa conti di Sotto" is a every year special treat for the whole family, including the grantparents. Staying at this quiet, well maintained and charming place means vacation for every one of us. The Kids can use one of the two pools, while adults can enjoy a good glas of Redwine, of course from own production. The surronding area will give you lots of possiblities to enjoy beaches in Follonica, or castles in castiglione della pescaia. We cant wait to go there again.

Once again a wonderful vacation

Just like the first time we had another charming fantastic time at the beautifully quiet and well maintained "Casa Conti di Sotto". This year we stayed at Villa Giulia and enjoyed the luxury of having everything a home has to offer, even an Espresso machine was available to use. Villa Giulia was charmingly decorate in an old fashion style, too bad we had 30 Degrees outside I would have loved to turn on that big fireplace for more romantic moments. Our kids had fun at the pool and the nearby beaches. For us it was great to find out more about beautiful Tuscany including several VinoStradas. By the way, best Vegetables and Olive Oil from own production at “Casa Conti di Sotto” We all hope to be there again soon. Ciao a presto

"This is by far the best holiday we have ever been. Laura made us feel welcome and in truth we seemed to be at home away from home. The facilities are rather charming. There is hydro-massage, a library, barbecue area, sauna, swimming pool and whole lots me. Many thanks to Vasille and Julia as well who made us lovely breakfasts and were ever so helpful. Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer traumhaften Anlagen

Wir waren nun schon zum wiederholten Mal in dieser wunderschönen Anlage, und wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal da. Man sieht überall dass sehr viel liebe zum Detail herrscht. Es gibt zahlreiche kleine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Auch und gerade für Kinder ist die Anlage prima. So gibt es einen kleinen Kinderpool, einen großen Pool mit Sprungbrett, eine Bocciabahn, Riesenschach, einen Kicker, Tischtennis und Schildkröten. Für die Eltern gibt es auch noch eine kleine Kneippanlage, einen Whirlpool und die Möglichkeit sich massieren zu lassen. Was uns auch sehr gut gefallen hat war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

complimenti... continuate così!!!

abbiamo trascorso un lungo week end presso questa incantevole residenza... E' stato quasi un peccato aver dedicato del tempo alle escursioni che avevamo pianificato. Tutto era perfettamente fruibile, idromassaggio, piscina, area fitness, ping pong, barbecue e caminetto all'interno dell'appartamento. Il tempo è volato... troppo... ed è rimasta tanta voglia di tornarci presto, sia in estate che nel periodo più freddo. Le aree esterne agli appartamenti sono molto curate, ma allo stesso tempo autentiche, nulla di eccessivo o costruito, la natura e il contesto sono trattati col massimo rispetto e evidente passione. La sig.ra Laura è stata estremamente cortese e disponibile, e anche i suoi collaboratori. Grazie e arrivederci.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno

Sono stata in questo agriturismo insieme alla mia famiglia ed alcuni amici, sempre coppie con figli! Siamo stati molto molto bene, gli appartamenti sono carini, molto rustici e con tutto il necessario. L'agriturismo offre uno spazio esterno perfetto per i bambini: non transitano automobili, ci sono giochi per loro e soprattutto la struttura è chiusa. In questo modo i bambini possono giocare in tutta serenità ed i genitori possono rilassarsi facendo due chiacchiere. Laura, la proprietaria, è veramente gentile e disponibile. Risponde prontamente ad e-mail e telefonate ed è sempre veramente cortese. Micai, la persona che ci ha accolto nell'agriturismo, è stata veramente di aiuto per ogni nostra richiesta; riservato, ma gentilissimo. Da segnalare la presenza della piscina e della SPA che però sono chiuse in questo periodo perchè all'aperto...dovremo ritornare in primavera/estate per poter godere anche di questo!!! Grazie per averci fatto passare 3 giorni fantastici!!!

UN PETIT COIN DE PARADIS

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la "Villa Ginestra". L'endroit est très agréable, calme, propre et l'accueil est excellent. De belles vacances reposantes ! Le domaine est fleuri, avec des jolis coins aménagés partout. Les figues sont excellentes. Les enfants s'amusent aux différents espaces aménagés pour eux : jeux, pateaugoire,... Pour les adultes, de nombreux espaces de calme et de détente sont proposés.

wunderschöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Wir verbrachten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Man konnte auch mal den ganzen Tag in der Anlage verbringen und es wurde nicht langweilig, da es überall schön gestaltete Möglichkeiten gibt um sich aufzuhalten. All das kann man sehr gut auf der homepage von "Casa Conti di Sotto" anschauen. Alles war gepflegt und die liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung war mit Geschirr und Besteck bestens bestückt. Morgens konnten wir schon auf der wunderschönen Terrasse frühstücken. Das sehr nette Verwalterehepaar war immer zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Zu den herrlichen Stränden der Maremma war es nicht weit, was uns besonders gut gefiel. Es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!! Barbara

Mehr Schein als Sein

Wir haben eine Woche Osterurlaub in der Villa Ginestra verbracht. Was uns gut gefallen hat: - Vermieter hilfsbereit und freundlich - Küche mit Gasherd (schnell !) - Flachbildschirm mit Sat-TV (leider nur Hotbird) - Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Matratzen waren sauber - Möglichkeiten für Kinder (Spielplätze) auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück - Auto-Parkplätze - Ruhige Lage in sehr schöner Landschaft - Informationen im Vorfeld sehr ausführlich, mit Anfahrtsplan - Zur Superstrada SS1 nur ca. 10min., gute Ausgangslage für Unternehmungen Was uns nicht gefallen hat: - Vermieter sprechen nur italienisch, kein deutsch, kein englisch - Zufahrt führt über eine 2km lange sehr schlechte Strasse, übersät mit Schlaglöchern. 1km davon nur Waldweg/Piste, welche nur im Schritttempo zu befahren ist - Außenanlagen teilweise nicht sehr gut gepflegt, der steinerne Tisch am Grill war nicht gereinigt und unbenutzbar. Der Whirlpool mit grünem Schimmelrand. Der "Parco Relax" ebenfalls nicht benutzbar - Das Schlafzimmer der Villa Ginestra (das Dach ist in etwa ebenerdig mit dem höher liegenden Grillplatz) hatte nur ein abgedunkeltes Dachfenster, somit kein Tageslicht. Aus dem Dachfenster im Bad rieselten permanent dunkle Partikel. Nach Aussage des Vermieters von den Insekten, welche das Holz zersetzen. Er sprühte zur Abhilfe eine Dose Ungezieferspray in die Ritzen. Einmal hatten wir Nacktschnecken am Waschbecken und auf den Fliesen. Ameisen in der Küche. Fazit: Für die Strasse können die Vermieter Nichts. Allerdings sollten sie die Anlage besser reinigen und pflegen, die Fenster in der Fewo müssen ersetzt werden. Mit genügend Toleranz (in Bezug zu den o.a. Punkten) kann man dort mit Kindern passabel Urlaub machen.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Sehr schöne kleine Appartementanlage, sauber und gut gepflegt. Empfehlenswert auch mit kleineren Kindern, unsere konnten sich stundenlang alleine in der Anlage beschäftigen: auf dem Spielplätzchen, mit den Hasen oder in der Hängemattenanlage. Hauswartehepaar ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Schöne Sandstrände sind in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super.

Haus Ginestra

eine liebevoll gestaltete Ferienwohnung in einer wunderschönen Anlage im typisch toskanischen Stil, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Gegend ist sehr hübsch - viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und ein schöner Strand. Der nächste Urlaub dort ist schon geplant!

Erholung Pur !

Das Gut liegt schön auf einer Anhöhe abseits des Tourismus. Die Häuser sind im typischen Toskaiischen Stil. Für ruhe suchende und Naturliebhaber genau das richtige. Der Pool ist sowohl für Erwachsene und Kinder genau das was man sich vorstellt. Man kann gut schwimmen oder auch nur rumalbern mit den Kindern. Überall im Garten sind erholsame Ecken eingerichtet. Die Gutsleiter haben immer ein offenes Ohr und helfen wo es geht. Das in 1 Km entfernten Ganovoranno ist ein kleines italienisches Dorf wo man alles bekommt was man braucht. Es hat eine Bäckerei, einen kleinen Supermarkt und davor ist eine sehr schöne kleine Bar, wo mann super Kaffetrinken kann (vorallem sehr günstig). Dahinter ist eine Osteria wo man super typisch italienisch Essen kann. Das Meer ist auch nicht weit und in 15 Minuten bis 30 Minuten erreicht man die schönsten Strände der Toskanna. Wir waren zwei Familiene mit jeweils 2 Kindern im Altern von 10 - 12 Jahren und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten hier einen unserer schönsten Urlaube.
