"The house is nicely renovated, well equipped and has air condition in the bedroom, which I appreciated a lot, since it was really hot the last couple of days. From the balcony you have a pleasant view into the surrounding hills and it is really quiet - no traffic, just tweeting birds. The hosts are nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. "The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)"

"Big villa with lovely views. Nice pool and great dining area near kitchen, would be even better with some more lights outside. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good and towels great. Pasta bowls would be a good addition and an electric kettle if possible. We had mixed weather and it was very windy on the first night. We really recommend the resto inAvacelli Il Picchio, ate outside and food was the best. Thanks"

"Lovely stay in this gorgeous hotel. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful - really lovely young people who were happy to practise their English with us! Loved our suite - ‘New York’, it was so luxurious having all the space and immaculately clean. We enjoyed sitting out in the courtyard in the eve with a cocktail or two, the whole hotel had a serene atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone visiting Fabriano."
