Only 10-15 minutes to Biloxi casinos, golf, outdoor water sports, beaches, fishing and numerous seafood restaurants. Quiet area on deadend street to Gulf within 500 feet, a short walk to view the Gulf. Catch fish or blue crabs in backyard bayou. (Baskets/traps provided). Launch your kayak or canoe in backyard. Less than 1/4 mile from back yard to Gulf open water or explore the bayous. Sleeps 8 comfortably, new appliances, furniture, new pergola, 10x10 concrete dog kennel and outdoor furniture. Beautiful tropical landscaped yard complete with cascading waterfall.

It is a quiet neighborhood. No loud talking or music. If police are called, you must pack up and leave immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO REFUNDS.

A grill cleaning fee of $20.00 will be charged if guest uses the grill and does not clean it after use.

This home was clean, as advertised and in a nice community. The homeowner, from the beginning, was very responsive to all of my questions. The home had everything we needed including soap, shampoos, conditioner, and laundry supplies. This was really nice and kept us from having to pick up supplies we wouldn't be able to take back home with us. Jan was easy to communicate with and reached out to me to ensure we were happy with the home. I really appreciated this gesture. This was my first time to use VRBO and it was a wonderful experience. I would definitely pick this home again when we are back in the area for a visit home. Highly recommend.

The house was a great find. My group was in town for a bowling tournament and the center was just a few minutes away. Downtown Ocean Springs was an easy drive from the house also. The house was plenty roomy and the layout worked well for our group. The covered back deck was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee.Jan recommended a couple of restaurants and the two we visited did not disappoint!Will definitely look at booking the house again next year when we return for the bowling tournament

getaway on the gulf

We stayed here for over a month. Great neighborhood and very quiet. About 150 yards from the Gulf with a small channel in the backyard. Great for bird watching. The stove was an upscale gas model making meal prep a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if in the area.

Summer getaway

Jan’s house was well equipped with so many amenities including an office desk to work at. The wildlife was enjoyable to see in the backyard and the neighborhood was quiet. There were plenty of nearby beaches to explore and great restaurants. It was just what my husband I needed to relax and explore the surroundings.

I enjoyed my stay very much and would have loved another few days to spend in such a quiet and peaceful place. The online description was spot on, and checking in was extremely easy with the owner quick to respond to each text. The manual for wifi in for, area activities, check-out procedures was clear and organized. The house and backyard were quite pet-friendly for Rufus, my small dog. He loves to be chased: with the right doors open inside, he could run in a big circle, always making him think I could never catch him. He was delighted. I am in this area at least twice a year, and will happily seek to return to this spot. Oh, and the neighborhood is great for walking.

Week long getaway with extended family

I have rented through VRBO several times and find the best experiences to be when you deal with folks like Jan. Everything was as it should be. We had enough space for our six family members and found anything we needed right at hand. We ventured to Biloxi, Mobile, Dauphin Island and other places. We also brought our kayaks and ventured out a few different times. We would rent here again if the opportunity presents itself.

When I say GEM, I mean Going the Extra Mile… I love this place, the owner greets you upon arrival and always available whenever you need her. This is my second time and the stay only gets better each time. Very nice neighborhood and it’s very quiet. My boys loved it especially the backyard and have an amazing going down there by the water area… well most definitely will be staying there again…

Enjoyable stay

We had a very good time in a great spot. Jan is an incredible hostess. Wonderful communication and easy directions. The only thing I didn't like was the 74 degree ac. We are used to a much cooler sleeping temperature. But this is minor. Everything else was terrific!
