The Neighborhood:
Located in the Laurel Inn Condos, this unit sits just minutes from all that Gatlinburg has to offer. You can access downtown via a back stairway near the pool or take the sidewalk from the front of the building straight into the city center. Attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are all just a short walk away—no parking hassles, just mountain charm and easy exploration.

Getting Around:
The condo is accessible via all paved roads and has a convenient parking area. While you can walk to everything downtown, we always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for navigating the Smoky Mountains, especially in winter or inclement weather.

Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 or older to book this condo
• Sleeps a maximum of 4 guests
• Seasonal gas fireplace operates around October–March (weather dependent)
• Coffee maker is a standard drip—please bring your favorite grounds
• Condo is located on the 4th floor with elevator access
• Laundry facilities (pay) are on the 1st floor
• Outdoor pool typically opens around Memorial Day and closes near the end of August—exact dates may vary and are managed by the HOA
• Maintenance work and amenity closures may occur without notice at the discretion of the HOA
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

Getaway to Gatlinburg

We enjoyed the stay. Everything went great. It was clean, great amenities, and nice balcony. We particularly liked the stairs out the back of the property to make it super easy to walk to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Extended perfect weekend!!

Absolutely enjoyed an extened long weekend that was well needed. It was just us two, and it was perfect! Close walk to downtown. The cutest decor, felt like home. Definitely, will be back to stay!

Small but big enough for two. My son said pullout couch was not comfortable. Not as close to downtown as they want you to believe. Otherwise fit our needs and as advertised.

While the unit is a bit small, the location is fabulous. Great view of the Smokys and downtown Gatlinburg. Short 4 or 5 block walk to downtown, plenty of free parking and nicely decorated unit. Only caution is the walk back from downtown is mostly uphill. We had no trouble and we're mid 70 year old retirees.

Well there was no dishwasher and if you needed anything noone on site had to drive to get it. Sitting on balcony at night was nice daytime new hotel behind condo goung up construction at crack of dawn noisy

New Year Eve Trip

The property was relatively close to downtown. It was a short walk, which allowed us to stay out of traffic. The only things that were upsetting is the tub wouldn’t stop up for a bath. My daughter has special needs to showers aren’t easy for her. We had to use a washcloth to keep water in tub. The coffee pot also did not work. Overall the property was nice, clean, and comfortable though.

Perfect Little Condo

The condo looked just like the pictures. It was decorated very nicely and was cozy and comfortable. All of the rooms were extremely clean when when we checked in. The condo was close to town and very convenient. The walk was pretty steep coming back from town but there were stairs in the back of the condo that you could access to avoid walking up the very steep hill on the street. The condo is perfect for two people, but I don't think it would be comfortable for more. We have always rented a cabin for our stays in the past and this was a nice change. No worries about traffic or parking. It was a great place to stay!

Perfect

Adorable little place! Good sized unit! Perfect for us and two kids. One bedroom and a pull out couch. Coffee maker, stove, microwave, dishes, ice. No dishwasher. It had plenty of towels, wash cloths, sheets for the pull out, roku tvs, dish soap, bathing soaps, chairs on the balcony, and even some loose coffee and filters. My kids enjoyed the pool, I enjoyed the view! It was a very short walk to the Gatlinburg strip, you come out right at Ripleys believe it or not. The only thing that slightly sucked was the walk back up, its obviously all up hill and then stairs to the hotel BUT I would still stay here again! My legs are sore but we didnt have to pay for parking at all. The host replied timely, and "check in, check out" was easy just entering the door code! Check out cleaning was simple common sense. And we saw bears every day, but they really just mind their own business, very cool. Definitely would recommend this place to stay for others!

Close to busy downtown

Location was great as far as being just blocks away and walking distance from all the restaurants and shops. The negative to that is always having to drive through traffic when coming and going in vehicle. Felt very safe in neighborhood, even when a bear came strolling through the parking lot! Overall pleased.

Location, Location

Short, easy walk to the strip in downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was clean and tastefully furnished. Chris, our host, was very responsive while we were in residence, as well as before and after our trip. Highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again.

Very great place to stay. The owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. Only issues I found was the cleaners left some things in room from previous guest but after contacting the owner he did what he could to make it right. I would definitely stay again.

Honeymoon time

We used this location for our honeymoon. Amazing place for a couples get away. Only thing is if you don’t like to walk, you’ll have to drive a short bit to the strip. Other than that, the view was amazing. Very clean and neat.
