The Space:
This is 8 units all booked together! Yes, that's right, 8 kitchens and 8 washers and dryers - perfect for large groups like family reunions, wedding parties and sports teams going to Rocky Top Sports World. Each unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so total that’s 24 bedrooms, 11 sleeper sofas in the common areas and 15 twin daybeds, bunk beds and trundles in the media room. So between all the units we can sleep a total of 94 people in beds!

Each unit has three large decks , attached to each room that look over the Great Smoky Mountains (24 decks total). The master bedrooms have their own deck, the living/ dining rooms have a deck, and the two bedrooms and the game/media rooms downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off street parking spaces per unit, and a third space per unit can be requested and approved by the Property Manager for a fee.

Saturday: 10 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. — 5:30 p.m.
Public swim time is subject to swim lessons and swim team schedules. The pool closes a half hour before the Community Center.
