Varjabedian Christmas vaca

We truly enjoyed the location of this cabin. We had several Grandchildren of all ages and they really enjoyed the game room. Great family place that has something for everyone.

Great family place

The cabin was perfect for a family vacation. The hot tub was a pleasant end of treat and the game room kept the family entertained during the down time. The location made getting in to town easy and quick.

Great Stay

We stayed here during a volleyball tournament at Rocky Top. The location was so very convenient to that while still being close to downtown. Everyone loved the game room!

Great Place To Stay

My family and I (10 of us - age 7-69) stayed at Yellow Birch over the weekend. It was a really comfortable, clean, spacious cabin very near to Gatlinburg. The only negative was that there is no shower on the game room level that has 2 bedrooms. There was a nice Jacuzzi tub.

First time visitors

We really enjoyed the cabin and the local area. Didn't use all the amenities to the fullest as our invited guests were unable to make the trip. But we still had a great time. Loved the porches and the hot tub. We were greeted by TWO bears directly upon arrival. Some updating could be done on the property/ decks. We would definitely stay again or recommend to friends and family.

Loved the Property

Yellow Birch Cabin is very nice. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room with shuffle board and other games. When we come back to Gatlinburg we will definitely book this cabin again.

Excellent Cabin

We loved our stay at Yellow Birch Cabin! The cabin is very clean and kid friendly. Our children (adults too!) loved the game room downstairs!! We had plenty of room for our family to spread out on different levels of the house. We can’t wait to come back!

Great home for families

We had a fantastic stay here. There is lots of room for families with small children. We loved how close the cabin is to the downtown strip about 10 minutes and a local grocery close by. We also enjoyed the community swing set. Hosts were great communicators too, we would stay here again.

Yellow birch cabin is perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at Yellow Birch cabin. We will absolutely stay there again! The game room was a huge hit for the family! The place was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need to cook. We even had a visit by a bear who happen to check out our vehicle. Aside from muddy foot prints you’d never know a bear was there!

Great location, lots of space and family fun

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Gatlinburg, and grateful we chose this cabin over other choices as we got to know the area better. Super easy communication with the host, equipped with everything you needed, and had lots of space. Loved the porches to sit out amongst the trees, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Used the gas fire place for a bit one evening as well. Our boys enjoyed the game room and sleeping on their own level. Definitely recommend.

Gatlinburg, TN visit to National Parks

The accommodations are very nice, but he weather and incoming Hurricane impacted our touring and length of stay. Hopefully future quest will have better fortunes.

Amazing trip

I have never reviewed anywhere before, but I had such a great experience, I just had to this time. The owner of this property is unbelievably helpful and communicative. It was the best experience I have ever had with a trip/rental property. Not to mention, the cabin is in a great location and is so cute and accommodating, especially for my big group! Highly recommend this place for your trip!!

Great cabin

This was our first actual cabin stay which was very enjoyable. The house was clean and comfortable. The host was very informative and easy to reach with any questions. There is a nice little game room area downstairs and a hot tub on the lower porch. There was more than enough room for our family of 5 but it was nice to have some extra space. This is in a great location relative to the grocery store, gas station, dollar store and several restaurants without getting into traffic on the parkway but only a few minutes to many attractions. We highly recommend this cabin.

Phenomenal place to stay for our annual friends trip!

We absolutely loved staying in this cabin! We travel annually to meet friends for a long weekend and this trip was one of our best yet. The cabin is very conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg, groceries, restaurants and attractions but also away from the main traffic which made it easy to travel around. The cabin was beautiful, spacious, and cleverly clean. We enjoyed many evenings in the game room. The cabin is fully stocked with any amenities may need. They thought of everything. Communication is one of the best we have ever had with an owner. I greatly appreciate how well the communication was related to our trip. We look forward to returning here on future trips.

the cabin was nice. We were very disappointed in the swimming pool and playground area. The pool was locked and obviously not cleaned. The play ground was very old and dingy looking. The swimming pool was one of the biggest selling points for us booking. They did find the other pool which was nice but couldnt get thereon their own.. t

Family Weekend Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed spending his birthday weekend in your cabin with our son, daughter-in-law, daughter, son-in-law, and three grandsons. Everyone had a great time! We cooked meals that were shared together at the dining room table. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together and for quiet time when that was necessary. We shared many laughs and memories! We had everything that we needed and the location was convenient to a grocery store and all the best activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The kids loved the arcade games and the hot tub! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

One of my favorite cabins we’ve ever stayed in.

I was actually sad when we had to leave. We were only in town for a few days and I wish we could have stayed longer. The location is amazing, so close to downtown & easy food options! The cabin & views were just so relaxing!!! The set up of the entire cabin was also amazing, we each had our own little suite, and the bunk beds were perfect for my children. On our last day we had a momma bear and her cubs come down out street and it took our breath away with how cool the experience was! This cabin was so warm, and inviting. I felt like we all could be together but also have space & privacy! The host was very very friendly and responded quickly with my questions also! We will 100% be booking this cabin again for a longer stay.
