It was a great cabin. Well stocked kitchen. We saw bears twice! Didn't see the board games that were pictured or the corn hole, but otherwise it was a comfortable stay and we would stay again! Road to cabin is like one lane and driveway is steep.

Great place

Home is as pictured. Nicely stocked. Beautiful area. We saw bears almost every day!! Comfortable beds. Close to pigeon forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokey mountains. Very close to groceries

Vacay Gatlinburg

Overall great stay. Kitchen was well equipped, enough space for the 5 of us, upstairs water pressure not the best so most people used downstairs shower. Location was close to downtown. The view lacks mountains but has a very pretty forest feel. Very homey and we would stay again. Thanks for hosting!

Wonderful Stay!!!

We absolutely loved our stay!!!❤️ Great Location away from the business of downtown. Our grandkids didn’t want to leave the cabin!!! Will definitely stay again when in the Smoky Mountain area!!

Honeymoon cabin

We stayed here for our wedding and honeymoon. The cabin is very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Not being used to app TV was a little frustrating for us to enjoy some programming but we eventually figured it out. Location is good for things we enjoy seeing while in town such as the Arts and Crafts community.

Beautiful Property

We stayed in this cabin for our wedding. It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The wrap around porch was wonderful (my 19mo old loved running around it). The master bedroom and bath was AMAZING! I would 100 percent recommend this cabin to anyone!

Gatlinburg Retreat

The property was located 5 minutes from downtown. Just far enough away to feel secluded and private but close enough to see everything there is to offer. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything you'd need. The first morning, while sipping on our coffee, 10 yards away, a small black bear walked right across the gravel driveway. The WiFi worked perfectly for work and internet TV. Would definitely recommend the property. One watch out: the driveway is steep and at an odd angle. You have to be a tad aggressive pulling into the property. Other than that - would love to return.

Beautiful home. Frequent visits by bears strolling through the neighborhood. Off the beaten path but close to everything. Absolutely fantastic week.

Great cabin for the family!

We enjoyed our stay at Rustic Elegance. It was truly our home away from home. We especially enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The kitchen was very nice. New TVs throughout however cable or dish TV would be nice. Wifi worked great. The driveway is truly a mountain adventure!

A Fantastic Cabin In Gatlinburg

We absolutely loved our stay at the Rustic Elegance cabin. The cabin is beautiful and the recent renovations only made it better. The cabin is fairly secluded, but very conveniently located. It's about a 10 minute drive, straight shot, to downtown Gatlinburg and 20 minutes to the Great Smokey Mountains National Park. There are also several different shops and restaurants in between. So you're never too far away from any kind of activity. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Nice stay

Great place to stay with our three teenage boys. Easy travel into Gatlinburg. The kitchen had all of the pots, pans and dishes we needed. There were lots of bathroom towels as well.

Awesome getaway

The cabin we rented was perfect for our family. Kids enjoyed every bit of it from the hot tub to the master bathtub! They didn’t want to leave. Cabin was very clean! Perfect setting for our family.

Cozy & Clean

Cabin was very close to downtown GBurg about 7 min drive. Easy to access driveway. (came in a rented car). Very clean had everything we needed on site. The large wrap around porch with hot tub was very nice. Plenty of privacy between cabins. Both master bedrooms were Definitely BIGGER than normal with plenty of space to move around. Bathrooms were also plenty big enough for everyone. Cabin had big TVs with fast WiFi. Had a blast & will definitely be investing more time here!!! Highly recommend.

Just meh

Overall we had a decent stay but I will not rent this cabin in the future. It was mostly clean with a few exceptions of the wall around the upstairs toilet needs to be cleaned and the light switch was dirty around it from being touched so much. These were just minor things and did not affect our stay but I am trying to give an honest review for future renters that might care about this. Also, bring your own pool sticks (3 provided) if you like to play pool because theirs are damaged. My biggest issue came with the air conditioning and I should have been a little more concerned when I read a previous review about issues with one of the units. We stayed for a total of 4 nights and the day that we arrived there was a serviceman there working on one of the units. This should have been a warning sign. Our first night was fine and we were out until late the next day and unaware of any issues until we returned. That night the unit was making horrible noises and was not cooling well. I notified the owner the next morning and his response was simply "Thanks for alerting us to this". We went about our day and by that afternoon the unit had stopped completely. I notified the owner again, the very same day about 4, that it was not working but did not get a response until that night, around 11 pm after we had gone to bed, that they would send out a service tech the next day. Mind you that we spent 2 nights out of 4 without proper air conditioning and they were aware that the unit was already not working correctly before we arrived. I never received an apology for the delayed response or the issues, nor was I contacted before we arrived that they were having difficulties. My other complaint is the number of supplies that they leave for their guests. We stayed 4 nights but only received 2 dish tabs, 2 laundry tabs, and 1 hand soap pump for 2 bathrooms! I understand not wanting to leave items out and have guests take advantage of them but you would think they would at least give you a hand soap for each bathroom and at least a laundry tab for each day to wash the minimum amount of washcloths (2 downstairs and 3 upstairs) and the1 hand towel per bathroom that they provide. I waited a total of 48 hours before leaving my review after checking out to see if they would offer an apology for the inconvenience of the air conditioning issue and received none so I cannot in good conscious give them a glowing review nor recommend this rental.

Perfect family friendly cabin

Rustic Elegance was the perfect cabin for our family vacation. Plenty of room for all of us. Our grandkids loved the game room. The cabin was very clean. We would stay there again and would highly recommend it for your stay in Gatlinburg!
