This property is perfect for any family. Morning views and just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg made our family trip perfect. Would definitely stay at the house again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Gatlinburg. The house we rented was really nice, clean, had lots of room for the grandkids, and the view from the deck was spectacular.
What a beautiful house and view of the mountains! House had all the amenities including a nice hot tub. Be prepared to navigate the curvy roads to get to the house, but well worth it.
Awesome location and views made the sketchy roads on the way up well worth it. Kitchen was well equipped and the kids had a blast playing table tennis and learning to play pool. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning on going to Gatlingburg.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg. The views were amazing. Watching the sun rise while sipping coffee on the deck was so relaxing. Thank you for contributing to our memorable family vacation!
We had a four-night, three-day get-away from Nashville - arrived late Thursday night to a very welcoming place! Woke up to amazing views! We left on Sunday - wish check out would be another two hours to enjoy the coffee!
Easy access to Gatlinburg and Smokey Mountain National Park.
THANK YOU!
Beautiful cabin with incredible views. Location is perfectly in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so you are just minutes away from both places. My only complaints are the beds are not comfortable at all and the driveway is a bit of a pain to get in and out.
This was the first time in 11 years that we were able to take a trip with our kids and grand children. Falcons View was just as described, beautiful views and just a short trip to attractions. Our family had a great time and very grateful for the opportunity and very happy we chose this place. Thank you
This house is absolutely beautiful with the most spectacular view!! There were only two aspects of this trip that were less than ideal: the drive way is very steep and almost impossible to not scrape your car on (and I drive an SUV) and there were no coffee filters. Otherwise, my family and I would love to come back to this property for a future TN vacation!! The guest book was absolutely charming and wonderful to read through.
We were beyond happy with our stay here. Fit our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children) very comfortably. Views are unreal, met very nice neighbors, and we loved the hot tub and game room. Only issue was a missing bar on the upper balcony railing. It’s a steep drop down so this worried us with our toddler. We put a table in front of it to keep him away, and hopefully they’ll get this fixed very soon!
Very clean! Just as described. Kitchen stocked well with cooking supplies. Easy to control thermostat for hot days and cold nights. Hot tub worked great! Large spacious rooms very comfortable for our family of five! Loved staying here for our visit to the Smoky Mountains 🏔️ The views were amazing from the decks. Sunrise every morning and watching the smoke float through the tree tops was beautiful!
House is lovely, perched atop mountain overlooking Gatlinburg valley...which means you're exposed to high winds and rattling rains and snow in crazy March weather. Add in wildfires nearby and made for exciting visit. House lacks basic cooking supplies (salt, pepper, spices, etc.) as if cleaning crew just throws everything away, and beds are super firm. Agency was helpful, and secured firewood for us immediately. All in all, a good visit high in the mountains of Tennessee.
You won’t regret booking this place! Clean and plenty of room for our family, along with Entertainment in the basement. Kitchen fully stocked with anything you could need. Hot tub was used every night. My adult son even said when we went sightseeing “why are we paying to see these views? We have this at our rental”! So true. Beautiful views!! Would highly recommend.
Amazing view, great amenities. No shampoo, conditioner, seasoning (no salt and pepper), tin foil, or other expendibles, but plenty of plates and silverware. Cabin stayed cool when hot out, several light bulbs out but still very well furnished and decorated. Very cozy. But many of the girls reacted to something in the air when in the cabin, many sneezing and experiencing allergies, may be worth inspecting the air filters or ductwork when possibl. But honestly overall, very worth the stay, absolutely gorgeous place and quite comfortable.
If you’re looking for a place to stay where you can enjoy the mountains views, this is it. House is very comfortable and cozy!
The ride up is a bit intense at night! I highly recommend arriving in daylight. The fog makes it very difficult to see. GPS will stop you right before the uphill.
If the weather permits you can see the Dollywood fire works from the balcony, not up close but you’ll be able to enjoy from afar.
Our fam has two adults and four kids. We had a blast. Beautiful view!! House was very clean. Two things you should know- going up to the house is very steep. Already knew this before going looking at it from google street view. If you’re afraid of heights…. You might not like looking straight down over edge of street going up. Cabin is lovely and very clean. Second thing, always check a place is safe. On the balcony, there was a broken bar on the rail. A small child or a something could fall through to their death. Thankfully I caught it. Owners had it fixed immediately the next day when we reported it. Thankful for them. Would stay here again. Great location. Cool basement with pool table and ping pong table.
Wonderful views, fun for whole family! (But... uncomfortable beds)
This property is a dream for families wanting an open space with beautiful views and entertainment for adults and kids alike. It's high up on the top of a mountain with a breathtaking mountain landscape visible from everywhere. The multiple decks and hot tub make it easy to spend time outside without leaving the house, and the game room provides endless fun. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. There's only one downside, but it's a big one: the mattresses are extremely, unbelievably uncomfortable. I mean, if you have back problems, the beds are a health hazard. If you don't have back problems, you will after staying here. Owners, please please replace the mattresses!
The house is very nice and clean. views are amazing and very close to all activities.Hot tub was awesome! The drive way is very steep and curved. Watch the bumpers of your car as they may scrape. I’m disappointed in the quality of the mattresses and linens. Sheets didn’t fit the queen beds and are very low quality. The towels were very poor quality and super limited. You definitely need to bring extra, you won’t have enough for showering and for the hot tub.You need to be prepared to bring or purchase all of your own ingredients for meals and cleaning. There is one packet of dishwasher soap and a small bottle of dish soap. NOTHING ELSE.If I’m renting a whole house and are there for a full week give adequate supplies ie dishwasher pods, more dish towels spray to clean countertops and garbage bags. I can’t say I wouldn’t come back but be prepared. If you fly in you will have to buy everything.
Stayed for a few days with a group of friends and had an amazing time. The views were incredible and it was very close to the Gatlinburg strip. Would stay again!
