A fantastic deal. Beautiful views. Private hot tub on the porch was a nice touch. Close to Gatlinburg plenty of room for a family of three to stretch out. "Beary" nice getaway!

This was a great cabin to spend our vacation in. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely return to this adorable cabin. Very peaceful and quiet surroundings.

Very nice!

We have stayed at Bear Cozy before. That's one of the reasons we went back. It is very nice and comfortable. It's in a great and safe location. Will hopefully stay there again.

We had a great time & the cabin was really nice. The only issue was there needed to be more towels, especially with the hot tub. Also should put in smart flat screen tv’s so customers can use them to stream Netflix etc……..

When I first got to the property that night I couldn't get in didn't have a code the manager was prompt response however as atheweek went on I chose to stay there cause they had a pool

Fixed broken commode

We enjoyed our stay my husband fixed the commode. The commode lead was broke. There was no lights in the both lamps. We put new bulbs in the lamps. The light over the sink needs replaced. We didn’t fix that.

Okay cabin

Hot tub leaked, had to use a chair to get in and out of hot tub due to no steps. The bedroom smelled musty. Very small shower. The fridge did not work whatsoever. Had all our food go bad. Internet was spotty and slow. Couple of the stairs outside were loose. Would not recommend or stay in this cabin again

Great getaway

It was a nice cabin and everything was clean and tidy however the hot tub was not working properly , we didn’t have WiFi as indicated on the website and we couldn’t get the fireplace to work. Overall we did enjoy our stay. This is a very quiet place to relax and unwind.

Beary Cozy Indeed

Overall a very nice cabin! My only issues were the spiderwebs that could've easily been dusted out before our stay. So cleanliness was subpar and it is not secluded nor offering any spectacular views. But if youre just looking for a comfortable getaway for 2, this'll do!

Stay at cabin

Very disappointed. Refrigerator didn’t work. TV had to be continuously rebooted. Hot tub wasn’t accessible to me due to the fact that I’m 5’ and there were no steps to get into it. The hot tub also looked like it was falling apart (I have pictures). There were roaches inside the cabin (I have pictures), along with pine beetles. Overall we were not impressed, but tried to make the best of a very bad situation since managers no help. We will not be recommending this group of cabins to anyone
