Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings. Exit to the balcony. Walk-through room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Bath/shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (ladder) open gallery, ceiling height 160 cm with 2 sleeping facilities. Gas heating. Small balcony 3 m2, terrace 12 m2, garden, 300 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi). Parking (2 cars). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Bookings accepted for holiday purposes only. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Ungepflegte Unterkunft

Unterkunft wird nicht gepflegt. Viele Spinnen (entsprechend auch Spinnweben) im Haus, ungepflegte Terasse. Der anliegende Rasen total verwildert. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie

Schönes Ferienhaus mit gemütlicher Ausstattung und allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben ein wenig abseits, vor Ort keine Infrastruktur außer einer überteuerten Pizzeria. Viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Liebevoll ausgestattet mit vielen Details, genügend Stau- und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Küche hat fast zu viele Geräte und Schubladen, sodass wenig Platz für die eigenen Vorräte bleibt.
