What a piece of heaven this property is! New upgraded rooms, impeccable grounds and pool and fabulous breakfast. Plus free parking. This will be our hit list spot if we ever have a chance to visit garda again. Highly recommend

We loved the stay at Hotel Livia. A very friendly family hotel located on two liomaias. The main building of the hotel is new and that's where the breakfast and reception is. The staff is very attentive and nice and do their best to make sure the guests are taken care of. We were upgraded to the garden house and were very comfortable with our own little outside space. The garden holds a lovely pool and lemon orchard. They make their own limoncino and lemonade that both are very nice. Room was clean and modern and we very much liked Hotel Livia. The only minus was the disposible packaging on the breakfast menu, but it's understandable that it makes life easier and products protected. Thank you Livia!!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Livia in occasione del nostro anniversario e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera splendidamente addobbata, una sorpresa davvero gradita. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, curato nei minimi dettagli e con grande attenzione verso l’ospite. Ringraziamo tutto lo staff per l’accoglienza: è un posto che consigliamo assolutamente!

Schöner Garten mit Pool, im Haupthaus tolle renovierte Zimmer. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, da man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am See war.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel, äußerst geschickt in die Landschaft integriert mit tollem Garten und Pool. Die mediterrane Vegetation lässt einen perfekt abschalten. Trotz eines älteren Zimmers (werden demnächst renoviert), ist alles top gepflegt, sauber und nichts fällt auseinander. Service ist super freundlich. Scheint ein tolles Management im Hintergrund zu arbeiten.

Schönes Zimmer, alles bestens, aber halt nicht ganz ruhig, da Strasse am Hotel vorbeiführt. Frühstück entspricht dem italienischen Standard. Deshalb gibt's nur 4 von 5 Sternen. Ich würde aber wieder dort buchen, vielleicht eines der hinten im "Park" gelegenen Apartments.

Frühstücksbuffet mit viel Auswahl. Minimales Manko: Stark befahrene Straße direkt vor dem Hauptgebäude. In Summe absolut empfehlenswert - für Paare oder Familien
